Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Augusta

‼️UPDATE‼️ I see the owner of Krispy Kreme replying to everyone’s review but mine. I have very specific issues that happened during my visit. But the reason that lady acts like that is because yall encourage her. She is RUDE !!! And if you search Krispy Kreme peach orchard rd on Facebook she rude to EVERYONE!! Yall get plenty of business elsewhere so mine won’t make a difference 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

I ordered 2 dozen. 1 original glazed 1 assorted which included 3 strawberry glazed… simple enough right ??? Nope

Had my SO pick up the donuts and they only gave him the assorted dozen.

So I called the same night twice no answer. I got there at 6:30 the next morning before work. I was greeted at the speaker “we won’t have any glazed donuts until after 7 am” I said okay I’ll come back later.

I returned after work and that’s when the show started. Where the employees were basically said I was lying. They asked did I call. What number did I call? So then they asked me to pull up I give the receipt and the rude lady comes to the window takes the receipt and call the manager.

So she said that the manager personally packed my donuts themself so they should know that I DIDN’T get my original glazed right ?? They said that they made the strawberry fresh but not 1 strawberry donut was included in the box….

Then the employee came out and was like I can give you coupon for the original glazed donuts (because AGAIN they don’t have any orignal glazed at 5:00 in the evening). I asked if I could just get my assorted donuts replaced since they were messed up and they don’t have the original glazed… that was a whole nother issue. I didn’t want the coupon I wanted the other dozen of donuts I PAID FOR !!!

I just took the coupon and I’ll go to different location cause this one is completely scratched off my list.

I visited this location on yesterday and what began as a headache ended up winning a lifetime customer. I always let my reward points build up before I redeem them and yesterday I placed an order for 4 free donughts along with the specialty Reese's donught, which was for reward members only. So when I got to the window, the cashier, Lakeisha, sd I had two free donughts but would have to pay for the other free. So immediately, I was like no they should all be free. She offered to get her manager, Craig to come over and handle my request. She was never rude and actually she continued ro apologize and offered to get assistance since my order was not ringing up correctly. Her manager, Craig, came over and apologized as well for the inconvenience and resolved my issue. He was also very professional and took the time to figure out how to get my app to respond to the free donughts, all while having the cutest smile ever.
