YOU ALL GONNA LAUGH AT ME LOL, SO A PERSON IS ONLY STRONG AS HIS KNOWLEDGE AND IN THIS CASE I KNOW THE AREA THIS CHICK FILET IS IN AND AS BELOW COMMENTS STATES "it's a hit or miss place" SO HERES WHATS FUNNY I DRove HOME AND REALIZED my breakfast WAS WRONG, I BROUGHT IT BACK, THAT MEANS I WASTED GAS AND I LIVE 15 mins away SO MY TIME ..... BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION I FIGURED THEY WAS JUST GONNA REPLACE MY ORDER WITH NO COMPLIMENTARY DRINK BROWNIE COOKIE NOTHING (and they DIDNT) ... so before i TURNED MY WRONG FOOD IN I TOOK ALL MY EXTRA BACON AND ALL OFF MY PRIOR WRONG FOOD SO WHen they gave me the new food i had in my car extra bacon and all to put on my newly made sandwiches, it's a shame cause in evan's and other areas they definitely give u complimentary things to let you know your time matters but this one u can't think that way u have to TAKE in order to be complimented .... sorry but not sorry i know my surroundings and all restaurants on peach orchard and windsor springs areas you cannot expect any compliments at all it's just not the bougie area... it's a shame cause they all were nice SHOT OUT TO TANYA THE MANAGER LOL , but wasn't chick filet in other areas nice, show people they had and time matters start recommending complimentary coffee or something while we wait for a mistake...
Read moreI entered this restaurant for the first time approximately 2 months ago.
The cashier walk from behind the counter to come out into the lobby to greet me as I entered the restaurant.
I informed him that this was my first visit to Chick-fil-A, and he proceeded to give me an even warmer welcome.
We exchanged pleasantries for a few seconds with my adding in the type of food that I was looking for, and this gentleman made excellent suggestions for my purchase.
This gentleman's name is Christian Davis, and it is because of Mr. Davis that I am now a regular Chick-fil-A customer.
I count myself fortunate that Mr. Davis was there on a Saturday as he rarely is.
I received the same level of enthusiasm as I did on my first visit, and Christian Davis's customer service skills are absolutely extraordinary!
If I were still in retail management this is an individual that I would surely make every attempt known to man to steal him away from Chick-fil-A.
Your organization is truly blessed to have an individual such as Christian Davis amongst you.
I know not what his salary is, but whatever it is, I believe Christian Davis deserves an increase, an awarded employee...
Read moreFeb.2 9:30pm. I had a horrible experience at this business. I ordered 3 chicken nugget combos 1 grilled, had to wait in drive in that was fine. I pull away from the window before checking my order this was my fault. Before I left the parking lot check order 3 fried nuggets no grilled. Went back around ask young lady taking order would I have to wait in the drive in again to get my order corrected she said maybe? The lobby was closed. Got back in drive through, had to wait again. When I get to the window the shift manager for the evening tells me I’ll have to pay for a grilled nugget. When I explained that the gentleman messed up the order no apology just you have to pay a up charge for grilled nuggets and returned the food. Inconsiderate of my time in the window, and there staff members mistake!! I asked who was the shift manager boss, he replied it’s no one to talk to outside of him? I’ve never had this kind of experience at a Chick fila. I will also try to voice my complaint to there...
