So I got a permanent anklet with my bestie on a Saturday and Sunday (the NEXT day) it fell off. I went back the next day Monday to be told I would be charged 10 dollars to have it welded back on or 11 dollars to add clasp to the anklet. Making me pay for some thing that was supposed to be permanent and didn’t last for an entire weekend. Terrible. Don’t come don’t waste your time or money!!!

Just got these super nice earrings and piercings from Nico (probably spelled wrong sorry 😭) He was very nice, professional and efficient and I love my new piercings. It was not bad at all!

Emily was amazing! She was so helpful and so kind. My son’s necklace broke and unfortunately it was out of the 30 days $ refund. Luckily we did have warranty on it. Emily was very helpful and reassuring, we were able to get a replacement for him. Amazing customer service! Raymond was also very kind and help my daughter with her questions. Very impressive...
