Need lots of time to get through this huge store warehouse. And I could not believe the gas was the same price as the regular service stations. I did not see a discount at $3.44 a gallon. I really regret that I did not get that gas in Greenville, South Carolina for 3:15 at the Walmart store. But yesterday for the first time I tasted a sample and it was so good. I turned around, went back and bought the item. It was the tasty bite organic Indian madras Lentils 8 pouch case. With coupon I think the cost was $8.99 for 8 pouch case. So that made it a little over a dollar per pouch. I was happy with the ball and ate them for dinner with the baked potato and they were delicious! The lady giving the samples was so enthusiastic she really convinced me to buy them. She said it was delicious and you could tell she had actually eaten this product herself and gave me different suggestions of how to use it when I got home. The only disappointment I had was when I came through Waynesboro and stopped at Big lots. They had the same pouches for .75 a pouch! And they only had two left so I bought them. But they also had a shorter window for use and I guess that's why they have been reduced. Big lots regular price was $2.99 pouch. So at least I know where I can go. That's a little closer to get them and not have to go all the way to Costco next time. But a great buy at both stores

If y'all follow my grocery store and restaurant reviews as a Google Guide, you know I shop mainly for organic food stuff. I also shop for grass fed meats, grass fed cheese, yogurt, and milk, and I also keep my eye out for A2 milk, half & half, yogurt, and cheese. Fermented items are on my list, too, like sauerkraut. The Organic dried dates they carry are some of the best I've ever eaten. Costco has many of the basic grocery store items, but I am so delighted to report they carry enough of the good food stuff items, that I renewed my membership.

I like it because it feels clean, although I did smell something foul by the towels. The staff is so-so. The organic chicken options are great and the beef is pretty good. I wish they had a pay as you go like their nearest competitor. The returns are usually very easy. I was surprised they wanted me to bring back a rotten food item and wouldn’t accept a picture of it. Their hot sandwiches are pretty good and the frosted coffee drinks are very good, albeit simple (I like simple myself).

Since opening in Augusta, GA, Costco has been a frequent stop for us (almost daily, in fact), for our personal use as well as business use. We generally LOVE everything about Costco. Even their customer service has been excellent, until this week. As we were purchasing merchandise for business use on the evening of 11/3/2014, we told the cashier and the person helping her that there were five of each item (we had two carts full, and as it was 15 minutes before Costco closed, we were trying to make their job easier). The cashier proceeded to take all of the items out of our cart and put them on the belt anyway. I thought nothing of that. I thought it was possibly a policy change and she had to do that now. Then, the person helping her repeated what I had said, and in a questioning tone, "They said there are five of everything." They cashier responded SO THAT I COULD HEAR HER, "I know, but you know how they [meaning the me--the customer] be sometimes." I understand that employees say things like that to one another about customers, clients, patients, etc. (depending on the field that they are in). However, I find it unacceptable customer service that the employee said this so that I could hear her, implying that I would intentionally lie as to steal some of the $700 worth of merchandise we purchased JUST ON THAT NIGHT. It has been almost three days, and I am still livid, and I'm disappointed that Costco has someone who would think that this was okay working with Costco customers. She definitely should not be interacting with customers, and I certainly would not have her interacting with...

Do not purchase any big ticket items requiring delivery! Once product leaves the store, Costco does not accept responsibility!

I ordered 2 kitchen appliances online 3/14/23. Four separate appts in, I still do not have the appliances in my home. The front panel of the dishwasher was found to be dented during the 2nd scheduled appt (for installation). This happens so no problem - I just called to get it replaced. Since that time, I have scheduled 2 more appts for the new DW to be delivered/installed. Delivery did not show & their only solution was to schedule yet ANOTHER appt - taking off work & hoping they show (?) I refuse to miss anymore work for this fiasco & asked for a refund. Unfortunately, they want to schedule appts for that too! Unsatisfied, I went to my local Costco & spoke with the GM who told me his hands were tied since they were a separate company but I could bring the appliances back to their store & he could refund. So now, I am stuck with a dented DW & 400 lb fridge or hire someone to load it up & deliver back to the store. (No one is told Costco is not responsible once you pay for your item.) I also asked the GM - "If I can't purchase big ticket items without Costco 'backing' their sales & service, what do I pay an Executive Membership for?" He replied, "that is for the 'ability' to shop here." Needless to say, I will not be renewing my membership & will be telling everyone I come in...

Yesterday during regular maintenance of my vehicle the Toyota dealer informed me that the tires on the right side had nails in them and one needs to be replaced but since I bought the tires at Costco I informed them that I will just take the vehicle to nearest Costco which happens to be this one. When I went to the tire section of this location, I informed the Mr. Eric about the nails and the location. He informed me it was two hour wait, and I told him it was fine with me . after waiting for two hours they came back and told me that they only found one nail in the back tire but not the front. So I asked them if they can check other tires just to be sure, and again they told me it was two wait and I told them it was fine. After two hours they informed me that there was no issues. Taking their word I went home but I did not feel right about since if Costco is right then the dealer was trying to charge me for a new tire l, so I took the front right tire out and within two minutes I found the nail and the dealer even marked where the nail was. Following morning as a family we were supposed to go on road trip. I took the tire back to the same location and showed them what they have missed. Didn't get to talk to the store manager even when I requested because they wanted to talk tire section manager first and then they would call the manager if needed. So...
