My Story Boutique — Local services in Augusta

I use to like shopping at the one in the mall. :/ This one has rude, untrained employees. They treated me like a criminal because I wanted to exchange the same exact shirt for a different size. Loudly demanding to hold my bag (other customers looking) and returning the shirt without my knowledge and providing me with a store credit to purchase my same shirt, as they are looking to find the right size. Then told me the size I was exchanging it for was going to be final sale because I purchased it with a store credit. It wasn’t a final sale item and I was merely exchanging the same exact shirt for a different size. If they had just exchanged the shirt like I asked it would have been an even exchange-no store credit should have been issued. I am more appalled at their criminal interrogation in regards to returning than anything. The employees behavior is NOT a boutique experience. This is not a boutique store anymore. It’s a store ran by a bunch of teenagers whose boss has not trained them how to treat people. I have managed and shopped at several stores much nicer than this and have never felt less welcomed at any...

I seriously never write reviews, but there was a young lady working at the Cabelas Dr location on 6/29 around 3 pm who went above and beyond to help me find the exact dress and same color as I had borrowed from my sister and needed to replace. Their location was out of the color and she called around until she found it in stock at a different location and had them hold it. She was super kind and polite each time we phoned. Very helpful young lady who went out of her way with a great attitude the entire time.
