Three of us ate at Your Pie yesterday. My one friend has been signing people up for health Insurance (Affordable Care Act) which she can often provide for people free of charge. It is a huge blessing for young workers who can’t afford other Health insurance. She asked our “Pie Makers” if they had Health Ins - and spent all of 3 minutes on it. When she found out they were covered, she dropped the subject and we found a table to enjoy our pizza.
At that moment the manager/owner came up to her and was invading her personal space with a wagging finger/hand in her face and yelling much louder than needed. It was totally inappropriate in front of other customers. Instead of speaking and reacting at an 8/10 intensity, he could have objected to her speaking about insurance in a calm, room-appropriate level. It was so bizarre we felt assaulted - Even the two of us who were observing.
I’m sorry, Your Pie, but your manager is a bully. I enjoy your pizza, but I will not be coming back to your restaurant any time soon. If I do come back and I see this churlish man, I will turn around and walk out.
I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this situation was totally outrageous and decidedly more than the situation required. I will be informing all my friends in Augusta about this unpleasantness.

This Karen shouted at a girl to get a table cleaned off “she self sat at the only dirty table in the whole restaurant when there was 10 other already cleaned tables available.” The employee helped her out with a big smile and eagerness and no complaint at all! I thought that deserved a thank you. Also the lady taking my order gave me a whole extra Greek salad because she thought the one I got wasn’t looking full enough! She noticed it and accommodated before I could even say anything “I wasn’t going to say anything either way but thank you!” Super awesome costumer service, can’t...
Read moreOur first time here and it was great. We ordered a six piece wings and two personal pizzas. The wings were great and crispy with a really good sauce. The pizzas were perfectly cooked, crispy on the bottom and edges, and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. My only complaint is the price of the wings. $10 for six wings is a bit high. The price of the pizzas was very reasonable. 11.99 per personal pizza and you get as many toppings as you like and the pizzas are more than enough for one person. Both me and my girlfriend ended up taking some home. This is going to be my new go-to spot for pizza as I get to have it...
