FYI: Crumbl Cookie Review: I wouldn’t go to or use delivery from the Riverwatch location. I just had the worst experience. I order from the Crumbl cookie app to have 6 cookies delivery to my house. It said it would take 45 mins. So I wait but by the time the hour went by and the order was still in ā€œprocessingā€ I started to call them which no one answer. I decide to just drive over and was greeted by rudeness and gaslighting telling me I must of sent it to the Evans location which I know I didn’t bc it said it at the bottom of the receipt on my app. I then gave her my name and she looked at my order and said a ā€œDoorDashā€ driver came and took my order. Also she told me the DD driver even asked what cookies I wanted instead of the ones I order bc they were sold out. I showed her I never received anything from DD. I asked who would I need to speak with and she said DD. She then said in the meanwhile she could remake my order and so I did and she added an extra cookie. My friend was calling DD to get to the bottom of it. Well the DD stated the order was cancelled and no one came to get my order and they would issue Crumbl cookie my full refund that I would need to speak with them for it since I order thru Crumbl Cookie’s app. My friend told DD that the lady was sketchy and wouldn’t give me the refund. DD said it would be illegal and they would need to give us the refund. Yes DD knew we received the cookies they were issuing the refund for experience and the fact my order was cancelled for no reason. We tried to talk to the lady but she would refuse to speak with us and called her manage ā€œJeffreyā€. The lady said bc she gave me a free cookie she wouldn’t give me a refund for my delivery fees and that I would need to give back the free cookie. I gave her the cookie and she gave me 8.25. At this time I’m on chat with Crumbl cookie customer service. She looked up my account and seen DoorDash cancelled it and order my full refund. I then told her my experience at the store and she apologized and...

Updated: I visited this location today. I did a mobile order that was a drive up. When I got to the location, checked in. A few minutes went by, bought out my cookies but wasn’t personable at all. I noticed he forgot the cookie cutter I had purchased so I went inside. When getting inside, wasn’t spoken to at all even though I was standing at the front counter and only one other customer was inside. The guy that brought out my cookies made a statement while laughing to the other employee that he had forgot to give me my cookie cutter and continued to laugh like it wasn’t a big deal. As soon as I heard this, I spoke up and informed him that I was the lady that was supposed to get the cookie cutter. He just said ā€œ okayā€ and kept speaking to the other person and packing cookies. After a solid 5 to 7 mins had passed, he asked me what I was waiting for and I had to tell him yet again why I was there so he could finally give me the cutter I had paid for. This was unacceptable behavior and having to listen to an employee speak about not giving me an item I had paid for and continue to ignore me after informing him why I was there was so disrespectful and rude. I will not return to this location ever again and might take my business elsewhere as no one deserves that type of treatment.

I’ve been to this location before, right after it opened, and it was clean and the staff was friendly. I stopped in today, the staff wasn’t very talkative and the store was dirty at 12 pm in the afternoon. The floors, windows, walls, etc look like they haven’t been cleaned properly in awhile. That’s a disappointment. I’ll be heading back to the Evan’s location going forward. The cookies were as good as they normally are, just not the...

This used to be my favorite location, but today the service could’ve been better.

The taller guy handling and decorating the cookies touched at least four doors with the same gloves on. He even picked up the cookie dough toppings with those same gloves and placed them on my cookies. After decorating them, he handed them off.

I’m not usually one to complain, but my 11-year-old daughter pointed all of this out once we got home—20 minutes away. By the way, these were by far the worst-decorated cookies I’ve ever seen.

So I called the store and spoke with someone I assumed to be the manager. She asked if I had a ride, and I said I did. After asking me to confirm my order, she said she’d have a new set ready and placed to the side with my name on it.

When I arrived at the store, guess who was there? The same guy from the night before and a young woman—neither of whom greeted me or anyone else walking in.

After waiting over six minutes, I finally tried to get someone’s attention. The young woman eventually walked over, and the guy told her where my cookies were. She handed them to me.

I checked them in my car and realized they still weren’t what I ordered. At that point, I was just over it and wanted a refund. I brought all six cookies back inside. The guy said, ā€œYou’re the one who said I didn’t change my gloves,ā€ then called the manager.

She told him to let me know I’d receive a refund tomorrow and took down my name and number. I have yet to receive a call.

At this point, I’d just appreciate a...

The employees provided excellent service in terms of greeting and answering questions. I will say the mini cookies were just that and maybe then some...too mini. I had to ask for more blueberry topping on my cookie...the video ad makes it look like it's swimming in real blueberries but it barely had 2 halves of a blueberry on it and scant cheesecake. The chocolate chip were like 2 bites. The golden Oreo was surprisingly the best of this week's options. The cannoli cookies were excellent, but they had an upcharge of 19 cents each. Considering they have no public bathrooms, no place to sit, no refillable drinks, and you check yourself out at the register, I do not understand why they are asking for tips before you even try them when the cookies are already overpriced. Pay your employees. Three or four boxes would cover the cost of one employee's paycheck for the day.

I ordered a mini 6 pack and they were so hard. I called the store to request a manager and as soon I mentioned the cookies were hard the worker immediately got defensive saying he’s been there since 12 and hasn’t gotten one complaint. Didn’t care to hear my concern. Below I added a pic of what was supposed to be the lava cake cookie but as you can see it’s dry. 4/6 cookies were hard. I asked can I speak to a manager he said he was one the when I asked for a refund he said I have to call back Monday to speak to the manager.
