I wanted to leave two separate reviews really. One for the Augusta, GA location and one for online customers “service.” I had a $20 coupon that was expiring and I wanted purchased a pair of pants with the ship to store option as it was late in the evening, and online indicated that they were not available at my location. The website was having issues and it took me several attempts just to get into my account. I finally got the order completed and then saw I had a $10 half birthday that was expiring a week later so I contacted customer service via email. Darren informed me that I would need to call/chat/email AFTER I had picked up the order to have the $10 taken off. That made no sense to me since the order had just been placed. I figured I had the emails so I would try. Today I used chat before heading to the store because something told me it would not be that easy, and the half birthday coupon was expiring. I “chatted” with Amanda who told me the order had been processed and the sales associate would need to call in to get the birthday coupon applied. This still felt like something that could and should be handled at customer service. How many times have you been in a store with a line of people while the salesperson had to jump through hoops to help a customer with a credit? We have all been there. Amanda clearly wasn’t going to help when the answer to my question of whether I would need anymore information for the salesperson, point of contact, or number to give them was met with “they have the number”. So off I went. I explained the situation and two nice sales girls immediately took action and had a “knowing” look when I asked couldn’t this have been done prior to pick up. They remained professional and said they would take care of it for me. Then the computer system was not cooperating and was very slow. The girl tried in various ways to get it done for 10-15 minutes until she apologized and told me she would call and see it that worked better. Literally after explaining the situation to the agent on the phone the system finally recognized my account and displayed the coupons so the sales lady was able to hang up and do it herself. What did not make sense to me was why a company would have a policy where 2 different customer service reps would not initiate a credit, when I inquired, to save my time, as well as get my credit back to my card quicker, AND free up a sales associate for other customers in the store? It was piss poor customer service on both agents and certainly didn’t support the store staff or the customer. Do better Soma. The sales girls in the store were class acts and kept apologizing for my time, but never complained about the hassle. I won’t do online again with Soma. Oh, and the irony is it said there were none at my store, which is why I did ship to store, then immediately after placing the order I received notice they were at the store! I could have just walked in the next day and purchased them in a third of the time this took, and from the nice sales ladies.

If shopping for bras had an Olympic sport, I’d be the front-runner—rolling into Soma with the confidence of a disillusioned superhero. I must have walked in looking like She-Ra Princess of Perplexity as she asked me my size. My superpower is the ability to live in a sports bra undetected. Enter Kendra, who deserves her own medal. She took one look at me, several measurements and then on a mission, sprinted into the back room like she was dodging Skeletor, determined to find my size. She somehow knew exactly what would fit, similar to Captain America's Sheild slapped on either side of my chest. If you’re looking for the perfect fit AND someone who can survive a Marvel-level fitting room scene, ask for Kendra. Five stars, one happy customer, and a new bra collection that could handle all this superpower.

I purchase 5 bra’s in August. About a month ago 1 broke.I threw it in the trash jnot really thinking about it. To say the least I was very disappointed. Last week another one broke in the same place. Emailed the company basically they offered my $20. I felt insulted. I know a bra is not going to last forever but not even a year????? I took this one back to the store yesterday and the nice lady exchanged it. I absolutely love these bra’s but will never buy another. These are photos of the second one. The first one broke as I was wearing it.

My Salesperson Angie was both personal & professional. I explained what I was looking for and she had several great recommendations. I was satisfied with her selections I bought nearly all. She intuitively understood my wants and provided my lingerie selections I'm thrilled to own.

I didn't mention that I had been looking for a strictly initiate apparel store in the area. I was at the Mal for another reason and stumbled on this store. I was on a tight a tight a tight schedule, yet Angie strongly suggested she measure me for my bra size to ensure an accurate. I'm so glad Iistened it made a major difference in the fit.

While she was checking out my large order, some items inabailable at the shop needed to be sniped to me. I continued to familiarize myself with the store. The other Salesperson Kendra began to assist me. She too provided some recommendations on lounge wear & pjs. I loved the interaction between the Sales staff, they worked as partners to ensure you client:customer succeed in getting her needs met.

Well done Soma! You have s customer got life. I have already been informing family of your store. I will continue to do so -family & friends.

Yesterday I went into Soma to purchase one new bra. I had a great experience working with Cierra. She started by using a cool technique when measuring me. I felt very comfortable working with her because we were able the same size and shared other similarities. After measuring my size, she asked what I was looking for and said she had just the right bra. After trying on the bra, she came into the dressing room to make sure the fit was good and it was perfect. I felt so comfortable and supported that I purchased two. Thanks Cierra for a great experience. I'll be back soon. There was another young lady in the store who rung up my order by the name of Shamauri. According to my receipt, her name was Shamauri. She asked if I had shopped with Soma in the past and I had. She looked up my information in the stores system so today's purchase could be added to my history. She was very professional and polite. She was pleasant to chat with as my order was being processed. Those two ladies helped me to have a pleasant shopping...
