Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Aurora Township

We bought our sectional from here pre-owned and there was some stitching coming apart on the chaise part of the couch. Before we bought it, we brought it to the sales guy’s attention. He then spoke to the regional manager that was there and we were assured that they would be able to order a new cover free of charge to replace the one with the loose stitching. Well we bought our couch back in July of 2023 and still have no replacement cover. I have called multiple times and someone always tells me something different. One person even said that this is pretty typical and sometimes getting replacement parts for furniture bought outright takes months to years….. why make it so difficult for the customers that don’t take financing?? This has been very frustrating and even though our couch is very nice and the frontal person we dealt with was nice, this experience of the replacement cover has been anything but. I do not recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you are paying in full...

I first would like to thank Savannah at the store in Addison IL I went to that store several years ago for a washer and dryer and had a great experience so when I needed a bed I called to see if they could deliver to my current address which is near Joilet IL and she suggested that location had a very bad experience with that location manager was very rude. So she suggested the Aurora store and she called them to see if they could deliver to my home and that was a great sales person to do her best to meet my needs she then told me who to talk to which was Richard and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Had to give it a star,to get to this page; Aaron's the store itself is a fine place they have nice items,but this place here in Aurora has person who works for Aaron's he don't hear so we'll,or maybe he no speak English;True story: bought something, made a few payment,but I fell in a hole no job at the time was looking.. anyway I was asked to bring the item in or make a payment I took it in and told this person,ok here it is but I Will be BACK next week a week from today, to make a payment said this three times!
