One of the worst AT&T stores you could ever go to. The level of professionalism is at a point where I wouldn’t call them employees but robbers. When I bought my daughter a phone for her birthday, the robber that helped us, Dylon, had told us that there was a promotion going on where we would receive an airpod for free. These airpods were very pricy mind you, and so I believed that he was doing my family a good deed. That was not the case. Month after month my account was mysteriously being charged again and again, so I went to customer service and found out that those airpods had not been free and that AT&T had never had any such promotion. I did not want to pay the premium for something that I believed to be free so I went to return them at the store. However, the manager, Troy, assured me that they did have a promotion and that I would see my account with credit for those airpods. I waited for a while and those credits never came. When I returned to the store, they, including Dylon and Troy tried to gaslight me into believing that they had never said such a thing.
tl;dr If you actually ever go to this branch, make sure to record what they say and read all the fine print, because they might just scam you out of a couple hundred dollars. I recommend going to the AT&T branch on Hampden ave, the employees there don’t...

I went in to purchase a new I phone, and was told by this store to leave and get it over the phone. Then after I ordered the phone I waited 2 weeks for NO ONE to contact me telling me my phone was never sent out! I went in the store to fix this, and the person working in there had no idea how to fix it, and could not refund me the taxes I paid out of pocket. Then did the operation wrong and it generated a down payment when it was not supposed to. Then he lied and said the down payment would be there if I ported my number or got a new one and that’s simply not the case. There should not be any reason customers know more about your operations then employees. He lied to get us out the door even though we waited 2 hours already! Then when my wife got her phone they lied again and said the insurance for the phone was mandatory and that’s not the case either. Because of these mistakes I had to pay my phone bill with my current provider, and the store clerks had no solutions for not a single person who walked through the door. When doing business you have to integrity, and these people have none. Be careful and know your stuff before you purchase anything! Because...
Read moreAdded two new lines to my account today. Was never asked what plan I wanted, anything about mobile protect advantage, or AT&T Next Up. I inquired how much the lines would be, $35/month plus taxes and fees. Perfect. Get home to check my account, both of my lines were added as the top tier AT&T plan at $70/month, both enrolled in mobile protect at $17/month and the one who got a new phone had Next Up at $6/month. The iPhone 14 that was added new, I had to put $327 down on the device, and was told I will be credited for that during the device payments. On my account it shows the down payment, and then $17/month for the phone for 36 months. When I was assured by the rep working that it would be $5/month. Not a single one of these charges were approved by me, I did not sign, I was not asked about them, this is fraudulent, and needs to be looked into by AT&T corporate. Called FirstNet and was instructed I needed to wait to be charged and the next bill was out until anything could be credited and changed. I am absolutely disgusted with the shadiness of this AT&T store, avoid this place at all costs and go to a different one. And if you do go here, check your charges before you leave....
