Well first of all I very rarely go to Jamba Juice but I thought today would be a nice day to go, but I sadly must say this experience was Very poor and I did not even get to order anything after waiting nearly 45 minutes and the professionalism of the staff was very subpar. This is a very small restaurant and it was very ridiculous when I went in there were probably about 8 to 10 people in line, and several more waiting for their orders. I arrived around 3:00 PM and there were only 2 employees and I get it when short staffed, they were working hard taking time to make each order and occasionally take orders, and I was okay with patiently waiting. However, my complaint comes from the fact they had Me and some of the other guests waiting for 45 MINUTES in line and I started with maybe 6 or 7 people ahead of me in line and at 3:45 I was 3RD one IN LINE. In that 45 minutes of waiting another 2-3 employees came in and rather than having one jump on the register to start taking orders and getting the line shorter, they stood there TALKING for approximately 5 or more minutes and then after this they announced to everyone who was waiting a ridiculously long amount of time that they basically ran out of Most Juices. At an establishment called Jamba Juice and Juice is in the name it is so frustrating that this happened. And a sincere apology was not really given either... And I am sad to say but I must give this experience 0 stars and I likely will not be back at least to this location, since they said they would then have to close down for approximately. 30 minutes as well.
So I went to your competitor Orange Julius/Dairy Queen across the street and guess what I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and the staff was very more professional and friendly too.
Very disappointing experience at...
Read moreThe Jamba Juice in Southland has the worst most unprofessional people working for them. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. I walked into the shop with my 2 small children to be told (not asked) that I had to wait outside in the cold snowy day for no reason. There was only 1 other person in the shop that already had ordered and was waiting for their drink. When I said its cold outside and there is no reason for me and my small children to wait outside as we all had our masks and were way more then 6ft away from anyone else. I was screamed at in my face "Leave we will not serve you".. seriously wow, that is how you treat your customers now. I was not being rude or raised my voice in anyway, just asked why its cold and was treated with such disrespect.. I was a frequent customer however not anymore. You just lost my business. I understand that there are rude customers that may yell or scream at the employees but I did no such thing. I usually don't write reviews but since I was treated so rudely here is...
Read moreTried going here 3 times today. Each time the store had a sign up that they were closed and would reopen at a different time. The last time was saying they would reopen at 4:15 and we arrived at about 4:10. We waited outside for 12 minutes waited for them to open the door as the kid inside looked at us multiple times. When I was finally fed up with waiting and we turned to leave, the kid ran to open the door and asked if we had an online order. I said no but this is the 3rd time I was here today and you were closed each time. He responded that, “they had a big rush and were out of a lot of things.” So… you are magically going to get a delivery by 4:15? What about every other time? What is the point of putting a “will be back @ 4:15” sign up if you have no intention to actually open up at 4:15… absolute insanity how some places are still in business. This place won’t be getting...
