Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Aurora

I've never tasted something so underwhelming. We ordered a variety of things (noodles, pasta, pot stickers, garlic bread, some salad) and they all tasted like the cheap pasta I had growing up only at least I had sauce this time and some meatballs. Not that, that improved it. I was curious about Thai restaurant since I got to Colorado now I'm just... Incredibly dissapointed. For someone that specializes in noodles this was really... Good lord just. Lul. You might as well make your own noodles at home because your getting the same quality only double the price of the store bought noodles/pasta. Just no. There was also a short dark hair in the middle of a side salad I got. That was fun. In an already dissapointing experience that was just the icing on the cake. Just a waste of money honestly. Display wise it looked okay though... That's it really. I ordered off über eats so cannot speak on the physical location. The order was processed quickly and really... Well... It all makes sense now looks off onto the horizon.

*A note to the "owner" responding to the comments: Please do not message me. You messaging me with your customer service will not change the fact that your food is low tier. I've never been so dissapointed in spending money on cheap food. Even the hungry Howie's down the road that gave me food poisoning at least tasted good. This just reminded me of my depressing...

They are good when they are good, but when they are ok they are definitely average. I have visited this location about 4 times before writing this review because I really wanted to give it a fair shake.

The first time we went in we had a great experience and fast service with tasty food, but since then we have seen this location run by young managers and a group of teenagers in the kitchen all laughing and joking while making food. During one visit we witnessed someone complain about cold food and watched the manager touch the food and then lay it back down on the prep station while they were making new orders.

I will say that customer service is hit or miss as well. Once when they were out of rice Krispie treats they gave me a mini kids one on the house to make up for it, while other times we have witnessed the staff playing with the cleaning solution spray bottle and spraying behind the counter near the prep area at each other and laughing.

The restaurant itself always looks clean, but we have never eaten there just always...

Stopped here with a friend around 3pm on a Saturday. What should have been a quick bite took forever! The woman running the register was so rude. We ordered and my friend was done eating before I even got my order. I asked about my order and was rudely told that "it's first cone first serve, honey". When I pointed out that several people came in after me and had their food, I was told to go sit down. When my salad finally arrived, it had old chicken that was so crusty in parts, I only ate half of it. On top of the subpar service, the trash was overflowing and looked like it had not been taken out all day long. They had a giant trash can, plus the recycling bins filled, and people had begun placing trash on the nearby counter where the to-go orders were waiting. Then the soda machine overflowed, so the girl from the front started using a good container to remove extra water and to dump vinegar and baking soda all over it. She made the mess so much worse than it had been. I will never eat at this...
