Absolutely unprepared and unprofessional drove over an hr to get their most popular Brown sugar Boba to wait in a line that was slower then molasses only to be told sorry were out of brown sugar Boba. OK so since we drove this far already we're like you know what let's just try one with the regular Boba first before spending a lot of money on stuff we don't like. We'll it definitely wasn't as good as the brown sugar Boba but given the drive we took we decided what the heck let's just get it with the regular Boba. So we stood in line for what felt like another 20 30 minutes. alright finally our turn start putting in our order and the girl says sorry we're out of regular Boba now . Your kidding me a Boba spot with no Boba imagine That. You can have the best brand. The best flavors but with out inventory you really don't have a great buissiness. Extremely disappointed cause the brown sugar Boba is really good but people do go out of there way for things and its just crazy when there's no inventory. Was also disappointed to see that such a new place already looks warn and dirty. 70% of the tables weren't even clean and the floor had spilled drink marks all over it. I'm simply not going to be returning super disappointed as this place has a great brand and all the potential in the world but the execution just isn't...

This was my wife and I's first time ever trying boba and we decided to choose this place. We were filling up gas at Sam's and just happened to see you across the parking lot. The girl who helped us was very knowledgeable and nice and explained a lot of things to us. We decided on the creme brulee and we actually really love it a lot! It is absolutely delicious!. We then ordered one of each pork buns so that would have been three. After we paid she said they only had one piece of pork left and asked if we wanted to substitute the other two for one waffle and the price would work out the same. We proceeded to do basic math and said no. The two buns cost more than even one waffle and so we just had them refunded instead because it wasn't equal and she wasn't willing to give two for two. As disappointing as that was, I believe that piece of pork was just some fat laying around. It was completely inedible, absolutely disgusting and I was really really disappointed. What started out as a really great experience of a place we thought might be a new spot really tanked at the end and I don't think we'll go back. In the pictures I show show the one little tiny piece of meat on the entire thing that was edible and...

Last time I went here was in November 2024. We ordered The Trio Milk Tea and a Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk. The "TRIO" milk tea is supposed to include a "TRIO" of toppings (boba, coconut jelly, and konjac jelly) like the name implies. I received my drink and it was empty except for ice and milk tea that doesn't even reach close to the top of the cup. When the cashier was questioned, she stated that's how it is now, toppings are extra, and the drink is basically a milk tea. That doesn't make any sense. I overpaid for a falsely advertised milk tea?

The Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk used to be a decadent drink, a real treat to have once in a while. This time it was watered down and lacked the guilty pleasure it once carried.

Not sure if it's this location or the brand overall but quality has deteriorated. Like other reviewers, my past orders have had toppings forgotten from the drink. I reached out to The Alley's social media page to ask if there truly was a change to their Trio Milk Tea and received a reply back saying they would forward my message to their team but not a single word since. Don't come here. There are better...

I was disappointed by their serving sizes and lack of consistency. I was told that for a no-ice drink, I would need to pay the full-size price to receive only 4/5 of a cup. Despite this, I ordered two drinks: one with less ice and one with no ice. To my surprise, the “less ice” drink was filled to about 4/5 of the cup, which was already frustrating. However, the “no ice” drink was even worse—it was barely half full! I ended up canceling my second drink due to this unacceptable situation. It’s nonsensical to charge full price for what amounts to half a drink just because there’s no ice. When ordering “less ice” or “no ice,” the expectation is that the cup will be filled with the actual drink, not left half-empty. This practice feels like the shop is cutting corners at the expense of their customers. I have never encountered this situation at other boba shops. I do not recommend this place.
