1 star for sure. Brought in some funkos. Current value for all of them was just around 350$. the overweight Caucasian lady at the counter was very rude. SHE AGREED to the buy/look at value/what was brought in and then was immediately, very clearly annoyed about it. She went thru those funkos faster then any place ive ever brought them to. Turned around at the counter at said "these high value pops, you're only gonna get 5$ for them." (Each were valued at between 30 & 50) i believe she did this in an attempt to deter me from having her go through them and give me an offer. She was the only staff at the counter at this time. She did have a team mate when i came in but he i assume had other tasks. It was moderatly busy. & thats a stretch. Definitely less than 20 people in the store. She offered me 50$ & some change. Chose to bring them here vs. My usual place i trade/sell because my first impression 2 weeks prior was good. But this lady also wasnt there during my intial impression. Absoloutely wont be back. For any kind of business & ill be sure to let anyone who would shop at a place like this to avoid it at all costs. I dont know how you sell toys. Anime, video games etc and you're so miserable. Awful customer service. Awful offers. Lowballers for sure. Took the 50$ & left because its going to funeral costs for a lost child. The tone she had the entire time was disgusting. Very rude and unprofessional. They also ask you for things like ID, etc & dont tell you why until you ask. Instead of saying can i see your ID...in a toy store. Maybe explain you need it to finalize a sale. Or maybe explain in the first place you'd like to buy (insert offer) & you need an id to log the sale. Skip this place. Plenty better and with a far better funko/console/video game/anime/collectable...
Read moreI wanted to give myself a good 12-24 hours to write a review of this location, hoping that as those hours went on I wouldn’t be as disappointed as I was with my trip to Entertainmart yesterday.
Entertainmart is the one thing in Colorado that seriously brightens my husband and my day and having a location closer than Colorado Springs was very exciting. We’ve been here a few times previously but I guess timing makes all the difference.
We got there yesterday around 4:30pm which seemed like ample time for us to check out their selection before they closed at 6pm since it was a Sunday. Walking we heard one of the employees refusing to do trade ins, saying it was an hour before close when that simply wasn’t the case. At least that’s what I thought.
I don’t mind when employees are having a bad day and vent to one another or whatever but the people working yesterday evening were talking loudly about the store closing the entire time we were there. At 5:30pm, the girl working shouted to her coworker to hit the lights in the front and the back and closed the front doors, refusing customers and saying the store was closed for the night.
We had a stack of about ten movies but with them seeming like they were in a hurry, we just set them down and asked the girl to open the doors to let us escape. She grunted a sigh and slowly pulled the door as though we asked her to close the doors originally and it was our fault we were still there.
Man, I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for places that I appreciate as much as I do entertainmart, but I don’t like being trapped in a store full of people who are making it known that they aren’t happy to be there. It makes for a pretty unpleasant experience, especially when they’re basically shouting behind my ear that they wish I...
Read morethe employees are extremely slow and inconsiderate of their customers. i brought in a small box of albums, maybe 25 of them, and i spent over 1.5 hours waiting for them to price everything out. i’ve gone to the other location in littleton a handful of times and they’ve never been THIS slow, and i've gone to that location with double, triple the amount of albums i brought today. never took littleton more than maybe 30 mins. i came to this aurora location due to convenience, and it was actually very inconvenient! i’d like to think i’m a patient person considering i’ve worked retail for years, but the blatant disrespect for their own customers is outrageous. the girl with the glasses spent a good 40 mins chatting with people i assume to be her coworkers off the clock as they were hanging out in front of and behind the counter. she wasn’t multitasking or anything. they also asked for finger prints? i’ve never had them ask me that. when i asked if it was new, the girl said “it could be!” very strange interaction and did not like my experience. complete and total...
