Just had my galaxy tab A 10.1 cracked screen replaced here for 108$. The man there broke off the corner of the microSD card during the repair. I asked for him to replace it and he refused and suggested that the original screen damage chipped the corner of the microSD card when it is clearly safely housed inside the device. I've also been using it for about a month with NO issues except the cracked screen. Now that they broke the microSD card most of my pictures are missing and several of my programs stored on the microSD card are unreachable. I also noticed that the home button is now permanently recessed instead of being slightly above the surface of the glass. When I mentioned the home button the man stated that it was "how it is supposed to be." I am fairly certain that this guy is NOT an actual tech with any real experience on how to fix devices other than youtube videos. I am fairly certain that he will be experimenting on how to do the repairs on your device if you turn it over to him. He will even have a paper form that he will fill out to try to make the repair job seem legit. I tried to give a small business next to the Sears and across from the Pet Store a shot. My mistake for giving these people a chance. DON'T RISK YOUR DEVICE...

Please guys do not i repeat do not buy a case from here!!!! I am telling you. I bought a phone case from here and within one day my phone case cracked in half. I paid 35 dollars. For This phone case. I went back to the store to let them know what happened to my case and the manager told me he could not give me a refund for anything only store credit! Okay, that is fine no problem. He did not have any cases that fit my phone he told me my only option was to get a phone that didn’t fit my phone. Okay so at this I am out of money and a phone oh and the story gets even worse. The case he was trying to pressure me into getting was for the iPhone 12 I have a pro. I ask him what are my options can you order the same case for me that I originally wanted he said no I would have to pay for shipping. At this point my only options were to pick a case that didn’t fit or pay for additional shipping. Please guys do not go here!!!! Amazon has any case you need or try another place!!!!!! At this point I am out of a case that the store has at the moment because he took it back and I have no money 35.00 dollars!!!!!! Doooo not go here if you want a cheap...

Worst place to get your screen fixed, save your money and take your phone to CPR (HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER THIS PLACE) smh. 2 screens in 2 weeks?!??! No it's because they use the cheapest screens they can find! First time, (not even 3 days later) guy said "oh it's because you only bought a case not a screen protector, and dropped it on a rock I can see the chip marks". I said "okay I'll buy a screen protector this time, you sure if I fix the screen and buy a screen protector it will last longer than a week this time?" He says YES, GURANTEE! Not even a day later, my screen is coming off the phone where he didn't glue it on right, I dropped it ONE time and cracked ALREADY!! If I wasn't using this phone to write this review I would post a picture of it! So disappointed with Planet...
