the bowling is cool it’s bowling. the arcade is pretty cool it’s very large and they have a lot of good games to play. the cost of everything is lowkey outrageous tho (the season pass seems like a good deal if you go often). the food is mid and very very expensive. we got a pizza, appetizer sampler, couple sodas, and a couple beers. our bill was over $100. none of our drinks were filled either (examples in pictures). the service on the other hand is god awful. first they couldn’t give us a pitcher of water so we had to individually order waters and keep asking for more refills. second, our server could not remember a single thing for some reason we had to flag him down and request a sprite and waters from him three times before we received our waters and sprite. then once we had all of our drinks and food we had to flag our server down multiple times to ask for refills on water since we couldn’t get a pitcher of water. again we kept having to flag him down to remind him of our water refills. lastly, when we went to pay for our bowling the guy checking us out was extremely rude. we needed to split the check by person and he seemed to be very annoyed that we weren’t all paying together. He then kept going over the another register and d wouldn’t tell us to move over to that register so we didn’t know we had to move over and he asked us very rudely to move over so we could finally pay. overall, bowling and arcade is fun which is a given no matter where you go. the prices are insane and the service sucks

Waitress came by before our first round of bowling, asked if we would like anything to drink and we just said some water, she then said she needs to keep a card on tab while we play, which was weird considering it was only for water but I didn’t question it at the time. We finished our 2nd round of bowling, and still didn’t have our water. Eventually she comes by with two bottled waters , and I was expecting just two cups of regular water but no big deal. Then we wanted to check out but she was nowhere to be found. At this point, I’m a little frustrated so we had to find the waitress and ask to check out and to get my card back, she then hands us the wrong credit card with a whole different name on it. Told her that it wasn’t my card and then she apologized and gave me the right one. Then she hands me my receipt and I see that two bottled waters are $9 ! I would’ve gladly taken tap water, or be given a heads up on price for my drinks. This place is super disorganized and ridiculously overpriced.

You’ve found the best and only place to bowl! We’re Yes And Dog Training, a family-owned Service Dog training company, and we just hosted another one of our events here—and it was amazing! Tessa, the senior sales representative, was phenomenal. She made everything so easy, and when we arrived, it was all perfectly set up. The staff went above and beyond, constantly checking in to make sure we and the dogs had everything we needed. The food was fantastic, and the refills never stopped! Our clients had a blast, and the dogs got to learn in such a fun, welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a place to train your Service Dog in a real-world setting, this is hands down the BEST place to do it! Huge thanks to Tessa and the entire StrikeLand Southlands team—you helped make the night unforgettable!

I’m not giving them the one star they deserve because I desperately want this place to be successful. My hope is this review makes it to someone who might be able to get some new management and training and support here. We had a birthday group with 12 of us and 2 lanes between us. The service was extremely slow. Check in was slow. The drinks we ordered never came so we went up to the bar to get them. We watched the bar tender take 30minutes to pour 4 beers. It was mind blowing. Our server ended up bringing some drinks 1 hr after ordering them and he dumped the entire tray on the floor. He was shaking and so stressed. I felt horrible for him. They had no cleaning supplies to clean it up so he used 1,000 beverage napkins. Then someone finally came with a mop when we were done bowling 3 games (so however long that takes… 2 hours?) He pushed the mop around and left all the bev naps on the ground lol. I also watched our server in a hurry to clean up a lane next to us put all the dirty drinks and napkins on the side table, grab a dirty napkin and dunk it in a used water to wipe off the tables. Do y’all have cleaning supplies? Maybe a bus station and bus service? It seemed like everyone working needs more training on what to do and support from more staff. I really hope this place makes it. We need places like this...

Final Report: This is a “string-pin” bowling alley that is good for little outings with groups smaller than 4 or couples on a date. Anything else or for more competitive bowlers, avoid this place and take your money elsewhere (celebrity lanes or other businesses).

Pros: Cute little family oriented bowling alley with a small arcade attached for the younger ones.

Cons: String bowling is a scam that robs you of well deserved pins and higher scores. The tight build of this bowling alley are not well suited for larger groups (4 or more people). The small lanes and seats border each other with no room for others, minimal seating with a wide open dead space where you could easily put more chairs and tables. The food is mediocre and the bar takes a long time to pump out drinks and cocktails. We had an unfortunate experience where our server was taking a long time and further ruined the experience. The kind and sweet manager spoke to us and that definitely resolved the situation. The bathrooms get a 0/5 stars, as they offer no paper towels. Sometimes people want a paper towel to scrub off the oil from food and the bowling balls, offering the weak little hand dryers is always an automatic fail in my opinion.

If they made changes and built more seating it would be worth...
