Take your appetite elsewhere. This may be a good establishment to hang out with friends for drinks. Should have looked at the reviews before deciding to dine here. I’m rating a 1 for the food, manager, and general manager. They really didn’t care about our experience or try to make it right. We ordered the 20 piece traditional with 4 types of flavors, fries, and onion rings, with beverages. It appeared we had jumbo wings that were not completely prepared. The meat was so tough, they were inedible. We spoke with the store manager, Jordan. Initially, she seemed concerned. The 2nd round of 12 wings were just as bad as the first. Spoke with Jordan again. I suggested I just pay for 10 wings and the rest of the bill. She stated that the 3rd batch of wings were coming out now. We questioned the long delay in receiving the fries and onion rings. She shared that we must request when ordering that we’d like all items out together. She further included that our server felt uncomfortable and was upset with us as we had been disrespectful to her. Our mouths flew open. First, this has nothing to do with the quality of our food. Second, our waitress had been nothing but accommodating. We saw the server after Jordan left. When we asked about treating her unfairly. She denied these allegations. She further stated that it was her job to make sure our food was suitable for us. She had no qualms about sending the food back. She also denied that she felt uncomfortable with us. I paid the total bill and gave our server a tip, just to get out of there. I would recommend that corporate review this situation and refund me half of my bill. I would also recommend getting rid of the store and general manager. They are worthless to your establishment!

Walked into this establishment and noone was in front to seat us. We had multiple employees walk past us and make eye contact but no service for 15 min. Once we got ahold of someone they told us that we had to wait to be seated. We said okay and where should we sit? Finally we were seated and our order taken. The bartender made us feel disappointed when she/he/they/them started smirking with other customers both looking back at us. Waited another 20 or so minutes to get raw chicken. At this point we are late for work fifteen minutes. The manager who cook the food came out and told us he was going to take the food off the bill. At this point I was more focused to get us back to work... and told the manager " I am 15 minutes late. I'm still hungry and I might get sick from your food.... WE ARE LEAVING." I had to leave work early and was at home today from work throwing up and what you to on a toilet all night long. I call into corporate again today and they said they will be putting an emergency contact notice for them to reach me. I want to stress the danger of eating raw chicken. KIKI was the only professional person that day who knew how to apologize for the situation. Not the manager, bartender, or waitress. With a corporate food chain all over the continental US and locations overseas.... You would think a digital read thermometer at 180°F sould be common practice. -Johnny P

We ordered take out online. When we picked it up, the order was entirely wrong (traditional not boneless wings, wrong sauces tossed on the wings not on the side, missing dips and veggies, etc.). We had to wait for 10 minutes just for someone to show up at the take out counter even with 6 people standing there waiting and unhelped. The employee finally showed and did not have a name tag but had a label sticker on the edge of his shirt sleeve saying “Carlos”. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. When he finally fixed our order, the box came back with sauce all over it. He was further rude and dismissive when we pointed out a still missing sauce which apparently they were out of. There was no offer to fix it, nothing at all beyond a blank stare. We asked for him to fix it and get us an alternate sauce since we had paid for it. He went back to get the sauce, then returned to help another customer without the sauce several minutes later. Eventually he brought our sauce and still passed it along with sass. When we finally got home with our food we also noted there were multiple wings in our 30 count that were far from a full sized wing. This is not the first time I’ve struggled with this location providing quality service or getting an order wrong. I will not be returning here.

Good grief. Where do I start? First off, let me state I went in for an order I placed on the B-Dubs app. This place is a hot mess. I showed up at the time my scheduled order was due. I waited at the pick-up counter for over 5 minutes before a staff member acknowledged my presence. I locked eyes with no less than 3 servers, all who ignored me and continued to do anything but acknowledge my presence. Meanwhile, 5 people came in and waited to be seated. Finally a staff member came over to me; he said he was a manager. There phone was ringing. He answered the phone and told the person to hold. He printed out my order ticket, and told me to wait while he went to check my order in the kitchen. Then, he went to the reception area and sat the people waiting in the lobby. Meanwhile, the person on hold rang back on the phone. I never saw if the phone was picked back up. About ten minutes have passed by now and another server comes and said they had a question about my order. Insert eye roll here... To me, this means: they haven't even started my order. Oh, did I mention that I had my 13 month old daughter with me? This should've been a simple pick-up run... And now it's turning into a whole restaurant experience. Said server leaves to go back to the kitchen to clarify my order to the chefs. She comes back and I pay. Surprisingly, this process went smoothly. She was very patient while I used coupons and gift cards to pay for this lunch meal. And I know, I know.... This totally makes me like a coupon mom freak - the one that everyone dreads. But the server was patient and helpful. She had to ask about server for a pen, because there wasn't one for me to use to sign my receipts. Once again she disappears to the kitchen to receive my order. Ok - I leave and return home. Opened up the order and the wings are soggy, the skin only lightly fried, we're missing some dipping sauce that we paid extra for and some of the pre-cut veggies are fridge rotted (think spongy with black tips where they were cut). Soooooo.... Yeah. Hot mess. Though, to be honest, I've never walked into a well managed BWW.... I've almost always run into poor service, dirty tables, and hit or miss food. This location is no different - other than it has the added annoyance of being in a crummy location with limited parking. Sigh. I hate to rag on business, and I try very hard to be patient, understanding and compromising. I've worked in n the service industry and I know that sometimes everything that can go wrong does go wrong. But this was a whole journey of disappointment. And what should've been a simple pop-in/pop-out ToGo order took me an hour. I'm bummed. Wish it could've been a better experience. Especially for $45...

Hands down not only the worst BWW restaurant experience ever, but the worst restaurant experience I’ve personally ever had or heard of. I go to meet my 2 friends on a slow Monday night and upon arriving I hear that our waiter hadn’t been to the table yet (I arrived 20 minutes after my friends had been seated). We then wait for 25 more minutes after I arrive, for a total of 45 minutes. Not a single guest member comes by, server never once said I’ll be with you shortly, never once was acknowledged. Me and both my buddies are servers; we get the industry and the stress, so that’s the only reason we ever made it to 45 minutes without saying anything. But after 45 minutes of seeing our presumed server, Alexis, walk around and talk with other employees, stand around and drink, use the restroom and leisurely walk past us without 0 communication we finally let another server, Zach, know of the circumstances. He lets Alexis know and we still end up waiting 15 minutes. Again, she walks past, doesn’t say anything, she has maybe 3 tables at max, and is barely doing anything. I’ve never seen someone so piss poor at their job. Once again, me and my friends waited patiently because we empathize with servers, but she is the worst server I have ever seen. Couldn’t hold a 3 table section, walking around leisurely with no pep in her step, and 0 care in the world for us even after we talked to a different server and a manager. I honestly think my 87 year old grandma could’ve stepped in with no knowledge of the BWW menu and provide better service than ALEXIS. She is horrible, god awful, and I hope if I ever decide to come back to this terribly ran restaurant again she is not present. People have off nights in the restaurant industry, but she has had several other complaints that have explained the exact same thing. Absolute embarrassment from this restaurant. BWW corporate or whomever should step in and have a complete top to bottom rehaul of everyone at...

I can't even say that the staff is at fault (all 3 of them that I could see, cooks not included) but our experience was the epitome of terrible service. Poor management, poor attitudes mixed with zero customer service was a recipe for disaster.

If I was to guess this location was understaffed and I am assuming this is why none of the staff seemed to care.

Let me begin with our nearly 10 min. wait at the hostess stand before even being greeted by a staff member, mind you I made eye contact with both waiters and the bartender who could seem to care less that there were paying customers standing at the restaurant entrance waiting to be seated or even acknowledged.

Once we were seated, we were already frustrated with the wait at the entrance. we decided to set a timer to see how long it would take to be spoken to by a waiter. Six minutes and 46 seconds was the time. The experience went downhill from there. We finally ordered our drinks (which took nearly 20 min. To come out) also the same time that we were finally asked what we would like to eat. By the time our food actually came out, our drinks were empty, and our waiter didn't bother to ask if we would like refills. I decided to take matters into my own hands and just go up to the bar and attempt to order the second round of drinks myself. Wouldn't you know it, the bartender was nowhere to be found. I did happen to see the other waiter who was frantically trying to get the drinks for her tables in the absence of the bartender, but once again, I wasn't even given the courtesy of an acknowledgment. At this point, I would have taken a head nod, 1 finger in the air telling me to hold on but literally nothing. So I walled back to my table.

After we waited to order the refill of the all you can eat wings, that wasn't brought out for almost 30 minutes to which we just asked for the check to get out of there, as this dinner quickly turned into almost 2 hours with seeing the waiter a...
