I bought a dress from here for my formal it didn’t fit the way i wanted it to and I found a better option. I went to return the dress i had bought and the girl at the desk was around 5’0-5’2 Hispanic girl with full face of makeup looked at the dress to find any error noticed there was nothing wrong with it and came up with the excuse “it had a weird smell”…I never wore the dress not even once expect the time I tired it on in store. The dress had been sitting in my car which is extremely clean because I’m not disgusting, next to some candles at that. Then the girl told me she could only exchange the dress for another item in the store? I first felt offended when she told me it smelt as if someone had worn it and gave it a body odor. Second it felt like she just didn’t want to give me the return. This really hurts me because I’ve stayed loyal to Windsor for so long getting all my dresses from here for important events. I’ve never once had a problem like this when returning an item and the things the girl at the desk had said felt personal...

Do not shop at Windsor!!!!! I order item online a few times. 1st time I needed to return 2 dresses I ordered online, apparently the email confirmation, the order tracking confirmation and delivery info, nor the Amazon payment merchant ID nor any of the recipes I had showing what I paid and the items with pictures and even where it was delivered to was not enough to return it well within my 30days. They told me when I went to the store there was nothing they could do and told me to call customer service. I have sent customer service 3 messages through the website now requesting a call back for help. I have tried calling multiple times and was never able to speak to anybody. And now this time I never even got my items despite it saying delivered. This company is poorly managed and ran. And now I can honestly say liars and thieves. I gave my mom 2 sweaters with gift receipts for Christmas & when we went in to look for something to exchange, she couldn’t find anything in her size that she liked. We went up to the register to see if she could return for merchandise credit so that she could either order online or wait to find something she liked and the associate AND manager on duty lied and said that with a gift receipt you can only exchange, not receive merchandise credit. I called customer service AND another location who both confirmed you can receive merchandise credit with a gift receipt. Extremely shady and lied straight to our faces when I worked in retail for 6+ years and know what is and isn’t common policy. Horrible store, service, and customer support. Will not be returning here...
