The store associates here are highly disrespectful, deceitful, and aggressive. No matter how specific you are in what you are wanting, they will talk over you and ensure you that they are providing what you want, but the product you receive is far from it.
They are not knowledgeable about their own products, so in fact they don’t even know what they are selling you. If you think it’s gold it’s I can guarantee it’s tungsten. If you think it’s diamonds or any precious jewels I doubt it. You’d be better off at a pawn shop.
Once you’ve made the purchase they become even more aggressive and will lie or talk over you to pin you with the product that isn’t what you paid for. They won’t entertain any talks of returns and will try to convince you that the product is what you wanted. While simultaneously promising to customize or find the original product you ordered to begin with.
I talked with two associates about custom ordering a 10k gold ring with opal inlay, with 4mm width. The entire time both associates assured me that they understood what I wanted and they could 100% make the ring and if they can’t, they will give me a call. I watch them “write down” my order, they read it back to me and after verbally correcting them again, I give my personal information and proceed to leave. They stop me and say that in order to make the custom ring I have to pay for their tungsten equivalent which was $179. When I challenged this, they said the price would come off the price of the custom order, and if they can’t make the custom ring I’d at least have the tungsten equivalent. I reluctantly pay the $179 and walk out the store without a ring. I get a call a week later claiming that my tungsten ring is ready. I’m at work so I can’t dispute the call so I wait until I clock out to visit the store. Once I make it to the store they start telling me that they can’t make custom orders, that it’s not part of their policy to change tungsten rings to gold rings. It’s not possible, they don’t have what I wanted in stock. The ring that they presented was the only ring in stock that was my size. There were a bucket full of other excuses given as to why the product I received was identical to the tungsten ring in the display case and not the 10k gold ring I ordered. I don’t have further time to discuss this so I take the ring home.
I return two days later with my gf to return the ring and get my money back. They start talking over her aggressively, claiming that this is exactly what she wanted, that they customized exactly to her liking. But if she doesn’t like it, they will customize it to our specifications. Eventually my gf and I ask for a return, and the sleezy male associate immediately calls security and states that he can no longer work with us. Try’s to kick us out of the store. The security guard states that he sees no problem but will stick around for the remainder of the transaction. The male sales associate then starts to refer to me utilizing slurs and claims he can no longer do business with us.

Purchased a Movado mens watch from there a couple days ago…not happy w/ the fact that they did NOT disclose pertinent information regarding a $70 fee and financing options of which I just learned of after talking to Acima. There is NO 90 day 0% financing payment plan, of which I was told by Nathan there would be. Also, I just learned that all sales are final with the exception of an exchange within 30 days! Don’t you think you should notify your customer of this HUGE policy prior to closing the deal? By the way, Nathan pushed Acima as a marketing gesture and insist they’re helpful with credit building.
I just reached out to the store personally and requested to speak to Nathan. The so called manager, Mirna stated he wasn’t available and her responses were so unprofessional. Well, little did she know she was being recorded and I will be taking them to court. I asked that she provide me the contact to corporate and she declined rudely; stated she would have the district manager try to give me a call.

Then the gold started wearing off. It was plated. It was still white gold with real diamonds, but instead of making a ring in yellow gold, they plated a white gold ring.
When we took it back they denied it was flaking or wearing out. We asked to speak to the jeweler. Whenever we went during the week, they said the jeweler work on the weekends. When we went on the weekend, they said the jeweler works Tuesday to Thursday. This happened multiple times each way. In other words, there is never a jeweler there. They did offer to send the ring out to have it fixed, but at that point we didn't trust that the real diamonds would come back with the ring. We have come to the conclusion that they probably just order pre-made jewelry from vendors.
