I came into see if they had any stitch eat before I sleep key chains for my girlfriend they told me originally they had none. After leaving and returning to ask if they were going to receive the Winnie the pooh ones. They told me they had one I said thankyou I'll take it my girlfriend will be ecstatic I walked over to another store and they had asked me about it under further looking at the box I realized that someone had pryed open the bottom to pull the card out and find out which one it was.    Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at this Miniso location. The customer service was seriously lacking,none of the employees acknowledged me or offered any help, even when I was clearly looking for assistance. It felt like I was completely invisible.
One staff member in particular stood out (not in a good way). She seemed completely disinterested and unapproachable, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. If Miniso values customer experience, I’d strongly suggest retraining the team on basic customer engagement and professionalism.

When myself and nephew went to the registers to get rung out my 4 year old nephew asked the girl with red hair and glasses what her name was because he was genuinely curious and make conversation with her and rudely she said she wouldn’t give her name to him.
