Cinnabon — Restaurant in Aurora

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Their menu boards have been "not working" since before Christmas, their soda fountain is inoperable more than it works, they never have enough cinnabons actually ready, and they're OVER PRICED!!! Today my hubby and I stored by while at the mall and they had an electric griddle to keep the display warm (not that they keep enough around to need to keep them warm). Then, as we get to the register, the girl states it's going to be 10 minutes before more classic rooks will be ready. Ok, we can wait. We order a 6 pack. She says it'll be 15 minutes for that! We said screw it, we'll go to another cinnabon. We noticed they are asking almost $20 for a freaking 6 pack of classic rolls, too. I'm wondering if their boards are actually not working, or are the employees ruining a scam?!?! If you want Cinnabon rolls, go down to the Maverick gas station on Mississippi and Potomac. I wish I could give this location a 0star raiting .. I've come here twice and had to different people at the register both time they were rude and had a piss attitude when asked to add extra icing witch I had no problem paying the .60c for .. and nast looks today I had a gentleman who helped me and he didn't even speak to me he just stared so I told him what I want to order and never said a word the grabbed the money out of my hand and then just put the change on the counter . I asked for them warm they were the minis they put them in a bag and threw them in the microwave when I got them they were upside down. When I asked to speak to a manager they said to call corporate. We don't have Cinnabon Stores where we live, so we stopped here on our way to the airport. We paid $20.59 + tax for a 15 pack of Minibuns. We were shocked when we finally got home and saw how very SHORT they were, plus EVEN AFTER adding the ONE TINY cup of icing across all 15 Minibuns, there was very little icing on them. We come to this area at least every 3-4 months, but since this store seems to value profits more than their customers (if they're ok with putting Minibuns in a package that are only ONE INCH HIGH and have very little frosting), then we won't be coming back here. Please review our photos for proof. (BTW, the pictured Minibun has icing on the bottom because we'd stacked THREE of them up in the bowl since they're only ONE INCH HIGH, so the frosting is from the one...
