The manager and the staff here are THE WORST! last year they failed to order enough of the bags you were to get during ornament events and then tried to blame it on hallmark⦠when we called the Kansas City headquarters, the confirmed that the store failed to properly order. Then when my mom went to pick up our ornaments, they refused to let her get each of us a limited edition as I was working. They manager proceeded to try to embarrass my mom for being 5 minutes late to the opening. When I tried to ask what that had to do with letting her pick up my ornaments she had no answer because the two were unrelated. Today we called to find out if they have the ornaments out for display and were rudely told they wonāt have them till the day of the event. Save yourself the headaches of this horrible location and visit the one on Arapahoe and Parker instead who were more than happy to help in all these situations and who had the ornaments on display so people can decide before the event what they want⦠THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IN COLORADO⦠every other location we called had them on display and invited us kindly inā¦. We will never darken the door of this location again and hope to see a new manager...

Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and shown where the 50th cards are.
The store is clean and well stocked.
Why the 3 stars? Well, upon checking out, the employee was most likely prompted by the register as to how much to take off because of my BOGO Free coupon. I showed her that it explicitly says I can choose any Hallmark card and that the lesser-value was free.
She then called over another employee who I assumed was the MOD as she had unlocked the store before opening hours.
They both read the T&Cs and the MOD stated that they're usually only valued at $2.99 or $3.99 off, but said that since the coupon didn't explicitly say, they were going to give me $3.99.
When I pointed once again that I could choose any card and the lesser would be free, they doubled down and said that the most they give is $3.99.
I just don't under why a customer is held to T&Cs but the...

Helena Miller, store manager, knows that and went out of her way and put up a table and chairs so I could go over my wish list purchases. This made my visit at the store very enjoyable. When i wanted to walk around the store and brouse and my back got unbearable with pain, I could go sit for a minute and then get up again for a few minutes. Glad I had the table and chair because it took me about an hour to go thru my wish list ornaments. Even when I had to go to the register to pay, they brought the chair over for me. I purchased 96 ornaments, so it took a while to ring them up. Then, they put my purchases on a cart and took them to my car. GREAT...
