My experience at Tynans service shop was honestly disgusting and terrible. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I took my car there in early October to be serviced after having trouble with accelerating and stalling via Carmax warranty.
They sat on my car with little information to give and put in two new transmissions and two fuel pumps. During this time I was treated poorly and was told on countless occasions by Rich that they weren’t making enough to “pay their staff” I asked why they had a contract with CarMax if that was the case and explained that I was just a consumer doing what I was told and that none of that was my fault. I waited for them to get a field rep after the two transmissions and two fuel pumps didn’t fix the issue and they said the car was still having trouble. I picked up my car on December 20th with no resolution due to Rich telling me everything was fine and left with the same issues that I took it in for.
When I went to pick up my car, I was asked to sign a packet of documents. I was given 3 sheets of paper. I was given no explanation to what was done with my car and no breakdown of what I was signing. I went outside and put the 3 sheets on my seat while I examined my car and found my backseat was flipped and disconnected upside down. I opened the trunk to find a piece of plastic from my car just thrown in there. I went back inside and rich came out to fix everything. He pulled my car back in the shop. During this time, I realized that the sheets I signed did not reflect the documents that I received. I asked Phil to print the documents so that I had everything. He proceeded to call me a liar and said that he gave them all to me and that I lost them. I showed him everything that they gave me in my hand and just asked if I could have a print out or review what I signed in comparison. He laughed and continued to mock me and call me a liar and refused to print the invoices that I had signed. I had a friend with me who witnessed everything and was in disbelief. I have never been treated so poorly in my life for absolutely no reason. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I work in customer service and have never treated a customer with such disrespect. I have countless more stories during this process with Rich’s poor behavior and it’s unacceptable....

I have developed a strong business relationship with Tynan's Nissan and its staff. They are quite trustworthy and have navigated me through maintaining my car for 8+ years. Luke Clearwater in Service is Top Flight. He never insists on unnecessary work. I refer to Luke for driving trips around Colorado.
I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan from Tynan’s working with Alex Brasel. Alex was incredible, delivering on everything I required after he tempered my grandiose expectations. Alex Brasel worked within my requirements and delivered incredibly, without pressure. He provided many incentives, and I unexpectedly purchased hours before heading to work. I never drove the Rogue before purchasing it! I trust Tynan's that much. I am very loyal to Tynan's old-school and personal customer service style. I give them old-fashioned tokens of my appreciation regularly. I highly recommend the Tynan's team. The entire staff is impeccably customer-oriented. They work harmoniously as a family and team.
August 9, 2023 I am 100% satisfied with the automotive services and exceptional customer service of Tynan's Nissan in Aurora. I have over 7 years of experience using Tynan's for all recommended services. I purchased my Nissan Altima at Tynan’s too. I feel very comfortable with their service recommendations, as well as with the quality of service that they provide. The whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The team works well together. I have had friendly exchanges with nearly all staff members. They present diagnostics and recommendations by text and in person on tablets. Their recommendations are sound with no high-pressure. Their lobby is comfortable with free wifi. Because of my long relationship with Tynan’s, I have my own regular advisor, Luke Clearwater. He is honest and knows auto mechanics well! He knows Harleys, too. I trust him. He’s never led me wrong. (See pic) Their prices are competitive and they offer discounts on major jobs. Tynan's has allowed me to keep my vehicle and use it for intense work-related driving for more years than would be...
Read moreAfter coming here for over 1 year to charge my car when they are closed to not inconvenience anyone, Some white lady accuses of telling her to get off the fast charger which was not true at all. I was on 3% and had to quickly come in for some extra charge since I was told when I got the car, as long as the chargers are not busy (which the slow ones weren't and I dont mind waiting 10 minutes for at least 5 miles to get to a fast charger). I had to get my key battery replaced anyway so I pulled in plugged my car and started walking to the service place when they told me it was closed already. That was my fault for not checking what time they closed on a Saturday, every other day its 5pm. I went in at 3:30pm but on Saturdays they close at 3. So I said oh well I still need a bit of charge so I used the bathroom. I asked the workers if any of them knew what type of battery the car key needs, and they told me. But then one Arab guy that has known me for the whole 1½ years of constantly going there to charge once the store closed, starts asking me why I told his recent client to get off the fast charger. I was so confused and said I never did that because I know better and not that type of person. I walk outside and one of the female I am assuming a manager, follows me outside unplugs my car and yells at me to leave without letting me explain anything. Telling me I can no longer charge my car for free not even after the place is closed. Even though for the past 1½ years it was never an issue. Sad they take the side of a new white client than an old Mexican client that was planning on keeping her car after the lease is up. After this incident I just went to a different dealership and exchanged the Nissan Leaf for something better thats not electric so it will never be an inconvenience for me to get yelled at over a charger, that I never once argued about. Such a rude way to treat old clients and the manager was always racist and rude to me whenever I...
