Hamburger Stand — Restaurant in Aurora

This is my go to spot but the overnight guy is ridiculous I went there last night I order a chili lovers combo and 2 corn dogs. I got my order and I was right for the most part I was missing my chili frys.... not a big deal so I thought. I came back through to let him know he then tried to change my order saying I asked for a number 2.... now chili lover combo and number 2 are 2 different combos. he knew that and I go there enough so I know this as well. I called him out saying that that's not what I ordered you know that he then asked for the big fry back.... so now I know this place recycle food which is gross and was upset that I called him out on his mishap. The guy so by far the most disrespectful person i have met. I also think its disturbing he asked for the fry back. So I left because I wasn't going to deal with his disgusting retaliation against me and my family. When someone says give me the fry back I will show you a chili lover combo. Not ever going there again. You lost a very loyal customer due to this disturbed individual. Reason it took so long to post this is because I went to other fast food places to see if they take food back because this has never happen to me and most of the time that is not the case because it's already left...

I actually like the place, but today was the first time that made me reconsider giving this place business. There were 2 cars ahead of me that got through the drive through with no issues, I get to the intercom and all of a sudden I'm sitting there for 15 minutes with radio silence. I drove to the window and informed the gut working the window that I had been there a while and didn't hear anything. He gave me additude and claimed the intercom wasn't working. Like I didn't just see and hear him take 2 orders before I got there. No sign or anything that indicates it wasn't working, but I know there's sensors and cameras so they know a car is at the drive through. So when I said I would take my business elsewhere since it didn't seem like he wanted to take my order, he shrugged, said ok with an eye roll, and slammed the window shut. Maybe instead of giving your customer additude for telling you something isn't working, you could fix the problem. That's not ok I did nothing to warrant that kind of behavior or additude. I'm sure the woman who was behind me today would say the same seeing as she didn't get...

For the simplicity of the menu, you're given quite a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and Hawaiian style flavors currently. The chili cheese fries and chili dog were good, but our order was missing regular fries that I ordered and the dog was missing pineapple. The Deluxe Cheeseburger was close to $4, God only knows why... It was very small about the size of my fist, and the patty much smaller than the bun, thinner than one of the onion slices, and it was more like Salisbury steak that public schools call "burger patties." Before we could circle back for our missing items, the place closed about 10 minutes early. Which the man taking our order made sure we knew in a very dry, unfriendly way they were closing early after I asked him to give my family a minute to decide what to order.

The food is cheap, but the dogs and fries are good. Don't waste money on the burgers, and don't expect friendly service late or for the store to be open until it's...
