Pho 99 Aurora — Restaurant in Aurora

I was a customer of this place for 3.5 yrs give or take and I've never had any issues. Usually the pho was great, Greeted with a smile when you walk through the door. Here recently, I took out an order of Pho Tai (Rare steak) which is my favorite. And 2 orders of Summer/Spring rolls. I drove home and poured the broth from the styrofoam container and shockingly found a rubber band in the bottom of the cup. Money down the drain as I wasn't gonna eat this not knowing where the rubber band had been or why it was in there to begin with. Rather then call and complain, I decided to write the company an email to inform them of the issue and allowed them time to respond. I went that route first to avoid having to post a negative review over this issue as negative reviews can harm a business even though the company is usually on top their game. Unfortunately almost 1 week (maybe longer) I still have not received anything from the management, owner nor any other staff member from this company. Highly disappointing seems how this is the best Pho company in a 3 mile radius from my house. Even though I loved this restaurant, it's the best Pho near my house I will no longer be spending...

So, today 5/19/15 we went to this pho for lunch, I been here multiple times before and never had an issue with people who actually spoke english..Today we went in and it was packed but I am not suprised it was around lunch hour for most took about 5mins before we got a table.. We got to a table and about 3 people (workers) walked right past us before one stopped to attempt and take our order.. My husband wanted the combination vermecelli bowl with no pork and veggie eggrolls and no veggies on the bowl..For some reason none of the 3 that took our order could understand that we were very nice and understand they could not speak that much english but being passed to 3 diff people got on my neerves. The last person was being VERY RUDE and did not want to help us it was VERY OBVIOUS THAT HE WAS NOT TRYING TO TAKE OUR ORDER.. I WAS SO UPSET-- BUT HERE IS WHERE IT GETS FUN..

TIME BEFORE THIS WE WERE THERE AND DEALT WITH THE SAME RUDE WAITRESS HE DOESNT LIKE US for whatever reason that may be i really do not care.. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYBODY TO GO TO THIS PHO--IF YOU WANT 5STAR PHO GO TO THE ONE ON COLFAX AND MOLINE THEY...

All I wanted was to have a nice lunch with my husband during my break due to a busy day working as a registered nurse. But it ended up almost being assaulted and treated inhumane from a waiter there. My husband ordered the #7 and he pointed to what we wanted as we were sharing a rice combo bowl. The lady brings out a Pho Bowl and I said this isn't what we ordered please. Instead, the waiter rudely justified that we ordered something cemetery different. A restaurant should make things right and bring out what you ordered. Instead we were bombarded by this waiter who looked as if he wanted to attack us and was yelling at us. The manager couldn't calm this person down. Unfortunately, they were unable to redeem themselves and make it right. Instead we had to deal with an ignorant waiter. Never have my husband and I have been treated so poorly at a restaurant. They should really consider hiring competent non aggressive staff towards customers. I hope no one ever receives this...
