Now, I am not one for posting negative reviews. In fact most times I try to keep my thoughts to myself if I do have any negative ones. However with how badly todayās interaction with this specific store had be baffled, I feel the need to share. Since lockdown, Iāve been waiting for this store to open so I can shop being I love the prices and the styles they carry. When approaching the store, I looked for signs that said āMask Requiredā and found NONE. The only sign they have on their doors is a sign reading āOnly 10 people inside including employees!ā Door was locked so I couldnāt get in myself, however an associate working at the door kindly opened the door and welcomed me in. Not once told me I needed to have a mask on or that it was required in their store. I began shopping around and looking at some pants. Moved along to the clearance section to see what deals they got which is in the far back right corner of the store, which there I was confronted by another associate who asked me if I had a mask. I told her no, and she proceeded to tell me that itās required I have a mask on while I shop. I told this associate that they DO NOT have signs up saying itās required AND if I really needed it that badly why didnāt your associate up front let me in? Walking back up front I tried finding the associate who helped me in at first and when finally finding her I told her I was asked to leave being I donāt have a mask on. She even looked puzzled and looked in back even for confirmation to her other associates with whatās going on. I donāt know if there was a lack of communication regarding the guidelines of your store but to be stopped in the middle of my shopping trip and to be asked if I have a mask was kinda absurd to me BEING THAT I WAS LET IT WITHOUT IT! IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS WEARING A MASK PUT SIGNS UP AND DONT LET THEM IN! Highly upset Iāve waited this long to shop here and was told to leave for not wearing a mask when thereās NO SIGNS and plus was LET IN without one! Management, I highly suggest you get all your employees on the same page regarding your guidelines and rules for protecting against the pandemic and how to effectively communicate amongst each other what is to be done when a customer doesnāt have one on. I was denied service, funny they thought i wanted to give them service after this altercation, and was asked to leave all because i was criticizing the managers training methods. How are you going to put a non-english speaker working the register that has no clue what your asking. This was a poor work ethic on the managers part but not understanding her mistake or wanting to understand, makes this a poor choice in management. Also, not enough blue eyeshadow for your evil look if thats what you where striving for. Not to worry, called in my complaint to the customer service line. Super loving person who actually provided customer service and apologized for the experience. Here's the play by play. This manger put a poor girl that doesn't understand basic questions like "what is the total" and got scared and calls the manager over. I ask if she the manager could finish helping me instead of making the poor cashier attempt to do this and denied me that but still stood there "not helping" but helping me. I never spoke to the Spanish speaking lady because she couldn't. The manger spoke for her the entire time. How is this training when she doesn't understand my questions? I explained my point of view as a customer and the manger became defensive when i became a critic. Its not fair for an employee to be put to fail knowing they are not capable of communicating to the customer. Ā Ā Ā Read moreRainbow is always a go to shop for quick good price outfit for the night or weekend or event unfortunately I will never be shopping here again because this is my second time shopping at your Aurora location on 1115 South Havana Street Aurora Colorado I was there at 4 p.m. I ask for a fitting room when a gentleman pointed in a random direction as he continued his conversation with his other co-worker not even acknowledging me once I went to the dressing room there was a line because there was no one there to unlock the dressing room turns out the two girls that were working the sales floor we're sitting on the ground trying on shoes after I was able to try on my clothes the clothes that I left at the counter and ask the cashier to hold she put them back when I asked her where were the clothes that I asked them to hold for me her exact words were I don't know after that I proceeded to still continue my purchase that's what I complained that the girls were unprofessional and that while I was trying on shoes they were literally smacking their lips rolling their eyes and budging me out of their way I literally thought to myself that I was on like a Candid Camera show I might this has to be a joke the manager literally smacks her lips and starts to sloppily check me out throwing my clothes everywhere ripping the sensor tags out of my clothes I don't even know whether to call corporate or call the news because I'm not sure if it was a racial thing or if they just have really that much lack of customer service but I will never shop at this Corporation...
