Wish I could leave -star Very rude worker!! I stopped from my trip back home to San Antonio and stopped at this 7-11 on 35 and William cannon store #36587 only to be told very rudely that they did not have restrooms. Had to take my 5 kids elsewhere because they didn't let them go even tho we purchased items from them. This store really set a bad impression for 7-11 will not being going to this store ever again I'm sticking to circle K from now on. And Then I asked for their corporate number and the guy rudely said they don't have one and I asked for his name and he refused to give me his name aswell tall skinned guy with a pony tail needs to have some re training on...
Read moreJust delusional cashier that works on night shift trying to start with me saying that I got in a fight with him over alcohol even though I've never bought alcohol at this store or once in my life nor do I even drink alcohol and when I do is they're free since I work at nightclub bars have no reason to pay for alcohol sitting here trying to get hung up for an item and he just try to threaten me with mace because he's trying to refuse me service talking about alcohol at 2:00 in the morning I'm not even getting alcohol I'm sitting here trying to get cookies and almost got his head kicked in because he wants to try and threaten me with a can of Mace so expect my buddy call...
Read moreBeware of this location. After stopping here to buy gas, I gave the cashier my card. Two days later I have a charge on my bank account that I didn't make and could only be traced back to this gas station. It was to a restaurant within minutes of the station. I am extremely careful when it comes to my card and have never had this happen before. Whether it was just the cashier or others were in on it (a couple of gentlemen were standing behind me), I don't know. When I tried to call, their voice mailbox was full. I will be contacting my bank's fraud department to investigate this location. In the meantime, save yourself the headache and fill up somewhere else....
