Whataburger — Restaurant in Austin

This place has the worst customer service. We went to the drive through ordered 3 meals. 2 with onion rings one with fries. We didn't get the fries. Go in to get the fries and guy named Ryan gives my fiance an attitude. Then starts saying we didn't order fries. Even though we have the receipt and order number. He hands us fries in a bag. Thought we were good to go. We get out on the highway and it's a small fry. We ordered a large. So I call. Ryan answers and informs me that the next time we go there to let him know and he will fix it for us. I ask so if we don't come back then how are you going to take care of this He has a bad attitude says well its your choice I got to go its busy here. Hangs up the phone. I call back and ask who his boss is. He said call back after 3pm. What is your bosses name. It's busy I need to go. Who is the store owner. You will have to go online for that. I said ok will just call corporate. I hang up call Corporate. They start a case. I was told on the phone and email someone would reach out to you in 3 to 5 business days. It's now been 2 weeks and I have called corporate again still crickets. I'm still waiting. Stay away from this location obviously after reading other reviews they need...

I ordered roughly $35 of food during breakfast time 5/25/20 around 5 a.m. They accept my money and ask me to pull up that it would be a couple minutes. At min 20 I went to the window to check what was taking so long as I was in fear of being late to work. My food came out about 30 min after I arrived delivered by a manager. Then when confronted about the excessively long wait the manager said they had to make biscuits. I specifically asked if they made the rest of my food and bagged it before waiting on biscuits she very cavalier told me to check the food. In somewhat haste I checked it over and left. It wasn't far down the road I took a bite of fries and they were cold. I ate a bite of my sandwich, it was cold. I turned around and brought the food back and calmly asked for a refund tho obviously annoyed. She refunds my food minus the drinks as we drank them waiting on our food. I was late to work and had to stop somewhere else to get breakfast for my team. I noticed tho somehow I spent $7 on 2 large drinks was not given my record back handed $28.16 and told have a good day in the way that...

OK, so let me start by saying that Am disable I have low vision So am on the phone with my husband to help order as Am stand There tell them what it was I wanted they will not listen and then female came over who was the manager and tell to get off the phone and look at the order screen And try to tell her I can see very well so I had my husband on the phone to help She say I do not care and try to tell that I drive there am not low vision no can not drive just because i walk out of our car that was park in handcap spot she think I drive there and was lie and make up stuff and then delete order because I will not hang up my phone and my husband heardn ever word and this is be recorded on dash camera So do not go in there if your disabled oh by the way my husband want to ask what the he'll And she was on her phone and tell my husband he can just leave as the reuse to help ppl like us So let's just say we are done with water burger.
