I'd like to start by saying this review is not based on doing business with them, but rather how they treat the community around them. This morning I was walking my dog and my 1 1/2 year old son. One of their employees were driving a red Mercedes erratically down circle s. They were traveling so close to the car in front of them coming off the one lane bridge that original I thought they were racing but as the red car passed the car in front I realized the woman driving the front car was just as scared as I was. The front driver swerved to the right because I can only assume she thought the long motors driver was going to rear end her which in turn caused her to force my child, dog and I off the road to avoid being hit. At the time I wasn't sure the red car was their's and with it going close to 50 in a 30 I was unable to make sure my family was ok and catch the license plate. As I was walking home I had a hunch that it was from that dealer as I have had issues with their employees drive extremely fast down my road in the past. I walked up and sure enough the red Mercedes was parked right in front. I want to continue with this in everyone's mind, the staff was extremely nice and polite while dealing with me(although extremely unhelpful). Their attitude is not why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this because no one could direct me to a manager or owner of any kind, as a matter of fact I was told no manager would be there until 4-5pm (which I find extremely hard to believe that manager is allowed to show up only an hour or 2 before close) also, I never even was told who almost ran me over. I was lead to believe that no one there had a record of who was driving around in their $50,000 car! Farther more, I was asked to leave my name and number and the manager would contact me once they were in because I was unwilling to walk my small child back up in 100 degree weather, mind you I never received a call! If this is the way that they help and respect their community then I would just like to warn anyone actually doing business with them. If community matters to you as well as the safety of small children and pets just trying to get some exercise before the heat gets unbearable then this company does NOT share your values and I urge you to find a more morally committed business to give your hard...
Read moreSo I got my previous car here almost a year ago, the actual buying part was smooth and easy, went in and got out fairly quickly w/ they type of car I wanted, payments and down I wanted... Not even a week later my car started leaking fluid from the transmission, and the light came on. We took it back bc they had literally JUST did the car inspection less than 2wks before I bought it, at first they didn't want to look at it AT ALL, but my parents were in the process of buying a vehicle from them and my dad mentioned he didn't want to buy if that was the kind of service they were providing. So then of course they looked, fixed the leak... less than a month later my light came back on.. within 9months I had to change the battery, a part of the transmission, I had to get motors for 2 windows replaced, the inside of the rear driver side door came completely loose, I had to fix my back up camera bc it was hanging, fix tire sensors(which came on since week 2 of having my car). I feel like theres more but I honestly cant remember at this point. I put so much into this. Then at the end they claimed they didn't get a payment (I did automatic payments) so they stopped my auto pay (w/out telling me they never received a payment OR that they stopped my autopay), I only found out bc they came to my job to repo the car AGAIN WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! I called my bank and they gave me a confirmation # and sent me a copy of statement SHOWING the payment WAS INFACT taken out. I was told to get my car back id have to make THREE payments upfront and pay the repo charge (before they even touched my car) and that my bank would have to dispute it. I was s mad, and at this point I was having electrical problems, so I just got a whole new car somewhere else. I'm mostly upset I have a repo on my credit report now all bc of a payment that DID go through!!!!!!!...
Read moreI bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from this place last month. after 2 days the car broke down and I need to replace the coil. I called the sales person Gaspar and he told me to bring in the car so they can fix it,when I got there he told me that he will call to the mechanic since they didn't have the mechanic on site. When I went ti buy the car he told me that they check the cars before they put them up for sale. The day I picked up the car it had a flat tire he said he put air in it,but the car had a one inch nail in it,I open the trunk the next day and I couldn't close it again because the motor that open the trunk was broken. The next day the other coil went out, then the check the oil light turn on,I check the oil and it didn't have a drop of oil in the engine. Then the mass sensor went out,so do they really check the cars before they put them up for sale? Everything that came out of the salesman mouth was nothing but lies, they don't care about the customers. I sold cars for 35 years and I never treated customer in such a way. Unfortunately i got really sick and I had to buy from this dishonest people. I spend about $700 to fix the car and at the end they took it back because I didn't have the rest of the down payment, the money that I spend to fix the car. i paid $16,000 for a car that broke down 2 days after I bought it. I left a message for the general manager a guy name Chuy and he never bother calling me back,so if the general manager doesn't care about his customers what can you expect from the sales people? When I went back to talk to them about the car the manager that worked my car deal and the salesman were fired. save yourself headaches and avoid buying a vehicle from this company, nothing but lies come out of their mouths. And I repeat myself I sold car for 35 years and I never saw anything...
