I recently bought my second vehicle from Long Motors to upgrade from the previous car. Like the first one it was completely painless but I thought I should take a few minutes to give particular credit where it is due.
We all often find ourselves in need of tools to make our lives run smoothly, a good solid reliable car or truck being fairly high on that list. When the moment arrives to put our cash on the barrelhead and make a decision about that crucial tool it is equally important to feel as though you are in good hands. Frankly, I have found that level of comfort to be something of a rarity. To me it all boils down to the overall feeling that someone is on your team, someone has your back.
When I say that Long Motors is a team I mean it. They are attentive and patient, caring and kind. They work as a single unit so you can focus on your own family or job or whatever it is that you need this tool for. They are thorough and meticulous in their inspections and follow though with the care you need after the purchase. They are impressively quick as well (a particular trait that gets an honorary mention from me).
Needless to say, I'm a happy camper. It's hard to find trustworthy and upstanding people when it comes to buying a used vehicle but I can say without question that my loyalty to Long Motors was earned and I won't be needing to venture elsewhere. They are definitely on my team so I...

The problem I have is with the office staff who seem to have issues on the customer service side of things. From them choosing to not inform me of an issue with the gps until I went to go and pick up my tags because ānot all customers come when we call about it because they donāt want too ā when itās a serious thing that caused me to not only be late to a drs appt but having to cancel it and in-cure a $50 cancellation fee when I went to go in for a simple tag pick up. The office staff was rude and kept being very dismissive as if they did not cause this to begin with and continued to view me with a presumption of guilt without even giving me the opportunity to be able to say okay let me go in asap. It baffles me because how am I supposed to know if there is an issue if I was never informed about it. Then they proceed to add my extra fee on late because they āwere not able to add it on in time and donāt keep track of every account that needs the extra fee added.ā Now Iām stuck with the issue of having a late fee applied because of the incompetence of the staff( I paid my payment two days before it was supposed to be due ).    Read moreSacamos un vehiculo VW Betle 2013 el 15 de junio 2024, el carro se reviso y todo aparentemente estaba bien, solo lo alinearon y me lo entregaron luego de 5 dias, 10 dias despues el carro empezo hacer un ruido en el motor llame al dealer y me dijeron que lo llevarÔ, lo lleve y luego me llamo la encargada del taller que se llama Miriam de una forma muy poco profesional y despota, llamo con su tono de voz elevado insinuando que la aseguranza que le habia colocado era falsa y que le queria ver la cara a ella y al dealer, (Si hubiese sido eso porque lleve el auto entonces) a todo esto pasaron exactamente 20 dias para que me lo entregaran, (Pague 2 cuotas de $245 cada una porque pagaba de manera quincenal.) Para sacarlo de dealer. Esa fue la primera vez, luego la segunda vez fue aprox el 14 de septiembre que les empece a escribir por un problema del modulo de la transmision, y esta muchacha nuevamente con su actitud poco profesional me dijo que ellos no brindaban ninguna garantia sobre transmision y que ya habian pasado los 30 dias de garantia del vehiculo. En resumen perdi mi dinero que fueron $2500 que se dio del down-payment y todo lo que habia dado hasta la fecha el 15 de junio. Ya que el 3 de octubre levantaron el vehiculo (porque yo les dije que la transmision era algo muy costoso que yo no podia costearla por el momento) les llame el 5 de octubre para saber si me podian dar una solución y lo unico que me dijeron fue que el vehiculo si podia recuperarlo en las mismas condiciones, que yo lo entregue y que yo lo mandara a reparar, que aparte les pagara lo de la grua, que eran $1000. (cuando lo que mandaron fue una traila) Asi que si mi experiencia les sirve de algo, no pierdan su dinero con este dealer, porque no me dieron ninguna opcion de otro vehiculo ni la devolucion del down. Al final el vehiculo lo que anduvo "aparentemente bien fue un mes o un mes y medio por mucho. Si alguien tiene conocimiento de como puedo proceder contra ellos, ayudenme, ya que no es justo que con esfuerzo reunas dinero $2500 que no es poca cosa y a ellos no les haya importado y no te hayan...
