I use the Taco Bell app to place an order for me and my family. When getting there and selecting the in-store pickup option new manager said they had no notifications of mobile orders and refuse to make my food. She said she needed to see a form of validation so I showed her the email receipt which shows the correct address time of order and the order itself and she still said it was not valid enough. She then told me to find more proof of my order at that point she went to the back office with the rest of the coworkers to believe it or not, eat ice cream. (Yes, eat ice cream on the job) At that point I waited 15 minutes roughly at the register to be assisted again not by the manager who kept looking at me from the back office but not coming to assist me, but a crew member. However they still did not believe me after showing proof of purchase and I was forced to order and pay for my food twice and now must call customer service to refund purchase. I will say the food was perfectly made but from now on if I order from this Taco Bell again I will make sure to see to it that THIS manager is not working when I'm ordering. Read moreThis location is literally the saddest most ghetto piece of trash Taco Bell I've been to in a long time and that's saying a lot about Taco Bell literally just watch this guy at least five or six times fake orders being processed through the drive-thru by hitting the pressure sensor in the Drive-Thru with this giant piece of metal like 4 to 5 times because it tricks their system ends of thinking that cars are driving over the pressure plate so it thinks that the orders are being processed and less time than they are basically he just made it look like five orders went through and 30 seconds because there's so over their time that they have to do this in order to reset the timer so that they don't lose the amount of violations they have for being too long on ordered took them 30 minutes to give me three tacos for a doordash order that was ordered a half hour before I even got to the location so in total it took them over an hour and 15 minutes to complete three tacos for door doctor 100% going to be letting do it as know about this cuz I don't have time to waste on this because they don't know how to do their job correctly it's a really sad location and it doesn't matter if it's day or night it literally takes him an hour to do doordash orders everywhere I'm not exaggerating on how long it...

What is really baffling me is the fact that there is no manager at this store. You can tell because of how disorganized they are and how all over the place the cooks are.
