Arbor Terrace apartments — Local services in Austin

Please forgive me for the review that was written.. I was not referring to arbor terrace on the insult.. Please and do forgive my insult.. it was written for the apartments The Retreats... I didn't realize that was posted under arbor terrace.. I posted wrongfully.. so again with all due respect forgive me. I am fairly new to arbor terrace and I have nothing bad to say about them.. there actually pretty smart on how to do things around here.. awesome staff great at the way they have conducted there work.. Alley is so awesome and does such a wonderful job along with Carla any and felisha.. guys thank y'all for the patience with me.. Pablo from caritas is a great counciler as well.. Really I appreciate all that has been done for me... and one more thing and one more time I'm truly sorry for the post I meant for the other apartments.. forgive me... ...

I’ve personally seen how much the staff cares about their residents, everyone from the janitors and Chef to the activity director and the administrator. The building is beautiful and safe but what makes Arbor Terrace special is the staff. They know their residents and consider them family. Yes , it is affordable housing for single adults who are low income I was on the waiting list for awhile however they are the only apartments that called me back they are 420 abp my income is just a little over the 1.5 minimum the other properties are more difficult to get into capital studios , Bluebonett studios and Waterloo Terrace...
