I had a HORRIBLE experience at my home Starbucks. I am so upset that the baristas wouldn't customize my drink as ordered. I ordered a veinti pink drink no ice, no inclusions in a trenta and add vanilla sweet cream cold foam. If you order a larger size cup, wouldn't it make sense to fill cold foam to the top? I wasn't asking for extra pink drink just the cold foam to the top. When I told them this they only added alittle more cold foam and told me it would the cold foam is made in small batches. I understand that, however I asked you to fill it to the top and it wasn't done and I was provided with excuses. I was told it would be extra for more pink drink and because I got it without ice there would be less product which I think is totally wrong on Starbucks part because the drinks are really expensive already so no ice shouldn't be a problem and the cup should be filled. Starbucks says you can customize your drink but obviously that's not true unless you want to pay a arm and a leg. There shouldn't have been an issue with the cold foam, you charge $1.25 for it I should be able to get what I ordered which is extra cold foam on my drink. I've never had this issue before. The African American gentleman is the same guy I had issues with before and he was absolutely no help just full of no's and problematic responses with no customer eccentric resolutions. I'll not be coming back. I'll take my business to either Benwhite or Riverside as they've never done me...
Read moreI’m so sad to have to write this review!! I actually love this place and SOME of there staff. However today I encounter a horrible experience. I walked in as usual they always greet everyone every sweet and warming. The gentleman that was fixing a drink named Matthew. Asked me am I here for a mobile order I stated yes and gave him my name. Matthew handed me my drink I proceeded to take the lid off. To see if they took off the foam and added whip to my drink as stated on the sticker. It wasn’t ask I like so I then asked Matthew can he take off the foam please. He stated back to me one second I said sure no problem thank you so much. Matthew grabbed my drink and proceeded to pour out my drink instead. I was in such shock you can’t pour off foam why not use the spoon. That’s what any other barista would do right? Just saying! (I didn’t state any of this to Matthew these where my inner thoughts) I did state to him why are you pouring out my drink? Matthew response was I’m not rolling his eye changing his tone to a slightly aggressive one. I was so upset by his actions today I always come to this location it’s less the 0.5 miles from my home. I will now have my oldest run in and grab my mobile order or drive to another one. I definitely need a break from this location after today and it hurts my...
Read moreI work out of coffee shops a lot and often stay until close. Today I was working on a project at Starbucks 10 minutes before close when a man in his late 20’s notified me that I would need to leave early because of a deep clean effort. I notified him that it’s not ok to infringe on a customers experience in that way and that he was interfering with my work. Telling him that I would be working until the store closed, I expected him to leave but he didn’t, continuing to argue with me. He claimed to be the manager but anyone believing it’s ok to close a store early so your employees can knock off early, at the expense of the paying customers, is not qualified to manage any business. His pestering turned into harassment as I asked him to leave me alone several times and he wouldn’t, putting me in an awkward position, eventually making me livid. I don’t go to Starbucks for their mediocre coffee and warmed up leftover food chocked full of preservatives. I go there in order to avoid the surly, sardonic attitudes found at small local shops. If you have to deal with irreverent employees at a Starbucks, then the brand has no value whatsoever, unless you live In suburbia or a small town and have no other options which is clearly not the case...
