HORRIBLE customer service. Whomever is working the front desk is without a doubt one of the rudest people I've ever encountered & has NO business being in the customer service industry. The minute he answered the phone, he was extremely crude & quite mean. He wouldn't listen to my questions or concerns, raised his voice & spoke (more like yelled) over me when I was trying to ask about a reservation; he wouldn't even take the time to explain to me why my reservation was invalid/canceled when I had emails stating otherwise. If there is a contraindication, that's fine, but to speak to a customer in such a rude manner without allowing the customer to talk is absolutely unprofessional & extremely uncalled for. Read moreI do NOT recommend this hotel. The room smelled of mold, it appeared to be ingrained in the air conditioner. We stayed 3 nights. The first night we ran the a/c full blast all night and both woke up with sore throats. A few hours away from the hotel were feeling great. Happened again as soon as we ran the a/c. My partner got an ear infection the mold was SO BAD!

We had reservation through Hotwire. When arriving around midnight we were told reservation was cancelled by Hotwire. Hotwire showed reservation as active. They had no more rooms. We had to drive another hour North to find another hotel at a different price.
I am convinced they sold our room for a higher price as Austin was sold out last night. This is NOT how you treat customers.
