Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Austin

I'm sorry to say that my experience at this Chipotle location have consistently been disappointing. Despite being a frequent customer, I've encountered numerous issues that have left me dissatisfied.

The most glaring problem is the consistently poor customer service. Whether it's lack of attention to detail, slow service, or dismissive attitude, the staff at this location failed to meet the most basic standards.

Furthermore, the quality of food leaves much to be desired. On multiple occasions, I've received orders with undercooked rice, burnt beans, and overdone chicken.

To make matters worse, my orders are often delayed, with wait times extending far beyond the estimated pick up time. Even when my order is ready, it's not uncommon for it to be incorrect or given to someone else entirely.

My most recent experience was the final straw. After placing an order for pickup, I was informed upon arrival that the system was down and my order couldn't be fulfilled. Instead of offering a solution or alternative, I was simply told to cancel and seek a refund. Despite attempting to contact customer service for assistance, I was met with no resolution and left without my food or a refund.

I had an ok time at this chipotle a couple times. I went in today and the lady making the burritos just slopped things onto the burrito and it was falling apart.

I love how chipotle has soda water on tap. I don't like actual sodas as there are too many calories. I know probably every place it is possible to know where I can go in and get soda water. I was refilling my reusable cup and some lady came from behind the counter to admonished me "You're not supposed to be doing that." I told her it was water and she mumbled ok and wandered off. It's kinda funny because hourly staff at chipotle honestly doesn't make enough to where they should give a shit if people are taking sodas. And also... was not taking sodas. if I worked here, I honestly wouldn't care.

they gave every single person a tray with their order. I've never seen any other locations do this. didn't even ask me if I wanted one just traded it up.

whatever its better than the one at Mueller where when I went in there were flies everywhere, and some creepy old man is preaching the gospel in the lunchroom when we're trying to eat lunch.

I still wouldn't recommend...

I stopped by here with my son and sister about 2:50pm on a Sunday afternoon. We were visiting from out of state. It may have just been due to the time of it day, but it was difficult getting into the parking lot due traffic blocking the entrance.

After parking and going inside, it was empty. I got my son the kids build your own tacos with white rice, pinto beans, and chicken. I got a chicken burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, and queso.

It was warm outside (about 70), so we decided to eat in the patio area, which turned out to be nice. I noticed there is a view of the city, which is nice.

I rarely eat chipotle but my sister loves this place. I enjoyed my burrito. There was a little spice to it but it wasn’t overwhelming. My son ate all his food and he enjoyed it. My sister, of course, said her food was a 10/10, lol. The staff were friendly and the store was clean....
