I had a very similar experience to a previous review. On the day of the scheduled estimate they no called-no showed. On the day I scheduled the estimate they said someone would arrive between 10:30 and 11am. At 11:03 I called to make sure they had the right address and to see if they were just possibly running late; no answer. I left a voicemail letting them know the times of my scheduled appointment, my phone number, and that I was home. At 11:18 I called again and my phone called was declined after about 3 rings and sent to voicemail.

I am leaving this review, because they responded to a previous review that they have no record of said client even being in their registry and claimed the person might have them confused with a different company. I definitely do not have them confused with a different company. And regardless if that were the case, I left a voicemail with my scheduled times, and my phone number with no response. Just giving the facts.

Whatever the situation, you can always call a client and let them know if you need to reschedule, cancel, or if you are running late. When you don't, you are saying that your time is more valuable than...

Steve (project manager) and his crew were a real pleasure to work with these past few weeks. We used them to replace both our raised back deck and our wood fences. Most of the time was spent with Steve up front getting our design dimension ideas into detailed quotes we could review. A great deal of interaction with Steve led to excellent deck and fence designs. Then Steve had his crew completely tear down our raised decking and replace it with TimberTech decking. This was followed by tearing down the fencing and replacing it with Western Red Cedar fencing. Great professionalism shown by the construction team. Their quality of work and the flow-of-teamwork they showed. This all lead to a timely completion of work. And by the way it was over 100 degrees outdoors everyday throughout the construction. It was a pleasure working with Chris and his people. They were professional (I'm an engineer, and that's my highest compliment), devoted to insuring every detail was done properly and looked great. They communicated well and frequently before, during and at the end to make sure everything I requested was done to my satisfaction. It was, and I'm very particular. The job included removing an old wooden deck, building a new one with top-quality materials, making the new deck so it transitioned seamlessly to my elevated concrete back porch, and adding new steel railings to the deck, adjacent back porch and my front porch as well. They disposed of not only the old deck and its foundations but also repaired a poorly supported gate and added a concrete landing pad for the extra-deep stairs I wanted. Chris was often onsite, and always available by phone whenever I had a question or comment. He also handled the architectural design needed for HOA approvals and permits.
