Went in on 9/13 to get an estimate done for a bedspread and shams. I was well prepared with a fabric selection, pictures and necessary dimensions. I was told by Kester that it would take him about a week to get the estimate to me. I called on 9/23 because I had not received the estimate and Ashley answered the phone. I explained that I had not received my estimate yet and she told me that “Kester was with a customer and that one of them would be in touch with me by the end of the day”. We received wonderful customer service and she helped us find some wonderful choices while explaining the process, prices, and time frame . The selection variety was amazing. We have been in Austin for 2.5 years and have noticed that the customer service level is not high in Austin overall compared to other cities we have lived in. I checked back with him about every 4 weeks, and each time he just gave me a non answer-“Your fabric has been ordered and it will arrive in the next couple of days”. Fast forward to October 25 when I stopped by the shop which is ONLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON SATURDAYS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and asked about my order. He went to the back and came back with my fabric.
