I felt like this place was a rip off to be honest. The machine itself moves so much as you are controlling the joystick, the card reader isnt stable meaning the machine will constantly restart, payouts pretty high (7-8 tries to get 1 plushie), and not that many choices either. This is where I felt like I was ripped off. I asked if the labubu plushies they had for the trade up was authentic and asked to see the sticker label and the employee said it was authentic but they removed the stickers. Thinking that it was authentic, I loaded the card $40 more(total spent $100) to get more plushies to trade for the labubu(cost 15 plushies for trade up). After I left with the tradeup, I found out they lied to me to make me spend more money. The plushie was fake! The real one has plastic face, hands, and feet whereas this one's fabric. I've been to many claw machine places in texas in general, but this was probably the first one with having non authentic trade ups. Just be honest with...

That couldn't have been further from the truth. Most games work out to be $1 a play, which is steep but not outrageous as arcades go. For that price, though, staff are very accommodating if you need them to shuffle the prizes in a cabinet when nothing is winnable.
When we went on a Saturday afternoon, it was pretty packed. Despite that, Blanca was very attentive and helped us buy new cards, reload old cards , and rearrange the machines that had gotten packed down.
We average about 5 plays per win, and could probably do better if I didn't let the kids take some low percentage shots. But they always have fun, and we can kill a lot of time doing the rounds and prioritizing what prizes we want to try for.
All in all, it's a good time, not as financially predatory as it could be, and every visit has been improved so much by the incredibly kind and...

Sadly that's where the good things end here. These games are made to lose hard. My wife and I are seasoned claw gamers and go way out of our way for a cool claw arcade. Finding out there was finally an alternative to Pinballz in the Austin area got us excited, then really let down. 22 plays from seasoned gamers and we won once. These things are on a random payout and the payout number is not low. The claws grip moderately, but slam at top height and loosen at the same time to make sure it drops. I'm just glad we didn't go in at our usual $50 level like we do the...
