This Pizza Hut isn't very efficient. I ordered my food and the application advised that it would be here at 7:28. I call the store at 7:54 to ensure that it will be here and that the driver did not get lost. They answer the phone, I inquire about my order and a lady in the background stated 'Tell her it will be there soon'. This initial conversation with Pizza Hut and the employees made it seem like I inconvenienced them to ask where the driver was. They did not apologize for the food being late, just advised that it would be here soon.
The driver gets here a few minutes after I got off of the phone. I started to eat and noticed that ALL of the food was soggy and cold. None of it was remotely warm, I mean, I wouldn't expect it to being 30 minutes late. Then, we were missing food. We did not get our cinnabons, although we did get the extra icing we ordered for them. I called and a woman advised that it was not on the ticket and asked if the driver gave me our ticket. He did not provide the ticket but I reviewed on my phone with her and noticed that the cinnabons were not visible. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing that she could do because it was not ordered. I remember placing the order on the application but not sure why they did not appear. Then, she advised that it was an application error and I have to call technical support for that. We also addressed the cold and soggy food. She advised that she would give me a $15 credit to my account and that it would appear once I order something from the application and place items in my cart. I did this a few hours later to check and see if there was credit and there is no credit to my account. She now apologized for the food being late. Bottom line, none of our food is edible because the boxes were soaked with condensation from being in the drivers car for so long. The boxes are even cratered in due to the amount of moisture on the outside of the boxes. The cheese sticks are complete MUSH on the bottom of them. I'd rather have my money back then a $15 credit to order...
Read moreI have finally given up on Pizza Hut. I have loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid. Over the past few years the quality of their food and delivery services has been incredibly inconsistent. Estimated delivery time will be 30-35 minutes and lately my pizza arrives well after an hour and almost always cold. The pizza itself has also been pretty bad lately (cold, really dry despite ordering with extra sauce, and almost no cheese despite ordering with extra cheese). Dominos on the other hand I have found to be incredibly consistent and dependable. Super fast delivery (almost always within 20-25 minutes) and every Pizza is cooked perfectly and consistently every single time. I figured I would give Pizza Hut another chance so I ordered delivery last night. Again the online estimated delivery time was 30-35 minutes. 1 hour after ordering I called the store to get a status update. It took them a while to figure out my Pizza was still there at the store waiting for a delivery driver to show up. I chose to cancel my order rather than wait another 1/2 hour to get another cold Pizza I would have to reheat in my oven. That was their last chance. They have lost me forever...
Read moreI've had really mixed experiences with this Pizza Hut. Sometimes they're great, and my pizza will show up 30 minutes after I place my order, and it's hot with everything correct as far as toppings and add-ons go. And then sometimes it's like they literally took whatever was on the shelf, threw it in a box, and sent it off with a delivery driver and just prayed it was somewhat okay. I've only had to deal with the management twice at PH, and both times there were super cordial, and offered me a refund, or a new pizza, or a credit; they didn't just say "oh, whatever," and hang up. I've ordered countless times from this location and generally, it's good for Pizza Hut.
IN PEAK HOURS: expect to wait at least 45 minutes for your pizza. I'm not sure if it's because they don't have a lot of delivery drivers, or if the area is just too large to manage, but I live right off of 35/290 and it'll take at least 45 minutes to get MY pizza. If you live much further, expect a huge delay. Even if it takes a bit longer my food is usually still pretty warm, so that's...
