I loved going to this jewelry store, until I had a horrible customer service experience. My husband had taken my earrings for repair. The lady that took the earrings said it would cost $25 for the repair. When I went in to pick-up I was told that it would be $65. Im not complaining about the $65 but the fact that they give a price when you take them in, and never called to advice us that the earrings would need further repair and the price for the repair would change. Lupita was nice and polite, but the lady that originally had taken in the earrings when my husband took them was super rude, and said that if I wanted they could break the earring like it was. I like I said it’s not about the price, but there was zero communication to let me know the price would change.
