I always get great service here at Hi Tunes and in the many times I've been they've improved even more! They're constantly updating their binders with newly released songs and even made extra binders solely for English songs. The staff are really nice and will sometimes cut out a few extra dollars from the total depending on the situation. They're really flexible about that!

Love that they price everything by room rather than number of people because it really brings down the cost and makes things easier to total when it comes to paying. They're not super stingy about going over the time so as long as you don't stay an absurdly long time after the hour it's usually all good.

BYOB, great music selection, clean rooms, amazing staff. What more could you ask for?

You definitely have to call in though because the rooms always go fast on the weekend! If you're planning a get together on Friday you need to call at least the day before (if not 2 days) to secure a room if...

I can't fully explain just how pleasant of an experience this was. The staff was wonderfully friendly, the prices were incredibly fair, and the rooms were all lovingly cared for and clean. My friends and I were very loud with our Karaoke, and we were allowed to go all out just as we wanted. We made reservations for 4 hours, and that passed quickly with just how much fun we were all having. We had one issue with a single song that wouldn't work, but overall the song selection was very satisfactory, and we had plenty of fun doing some a capella. I strongly recommend if you would like to enjoy karaoke without the hustle and bustle of an open mic bar to come here. You 100% will have a good time. The room we got was nicely sized even though they called it a small over on the website. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was. That is, until we opened up the song selection menu. It's hard to see how the songs were sorted or find the song we wanted. The controller was easy enough to figure out, until we wanted the backing vocals again. Couldn't find a button to put the original song back on for the life of us. Overall, it was a great experience with a few hiccups here and there.

Edit: saw this on another review, but the music videos in the background did not match the vibe of the songs at all, which made some moments funny but other times frustrating. Sometimes, the core memory of a karaoke is also seeing the actual...
