Exceptional Service – Megan Was Incredible!

I called the Fossil store to inquire about a specific watch that I was looking for, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Megan, the store manager. From the very start, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.

She checked inventory and luckily for me, her store had the Limited Edition Superman watch I was looking for. She walked me through all of the steps in order to purchase it by phone/email. I couldn’t be happier! Her enthusiasm and customer-first attitude completely stood out and made the experience not just easy, but enjoyable.

Ordered the Raptor Pro in mid April, was able to coonect to my device and wore it twice and had nothing but issues with it staying connecting to my device. I constantly had to reset the watch and reconnect it to my devices. After doing this multiple times with no luck I decided to reach out to customer service. After multiple back and forth with customer service they said they could do nothing but offer a discount on me purchasing another watch. They said because the watch is scratched. The watch was worn twice and scratch or not the point is that is not working properly.

I bought a fossil smart watch for my wife for Xmas. After a couple days she decided she didn’t like the style and would prefer another watch. I sent it in for return, a month late, and just received confirmation that my return was processed in full- no questions.

The watch is a great product, and the service I just received speaks volume to the customer service the company provides. If you think you might want a fossil, BUY IT, if you end up wanting it returned rest easy in the fact that they’ll fix it. No questions asked!
