Smoothies Paradise Yogurt — Restaurant in Austin

I usually like to get their smoothies. They are delicious. Their service, on the other hand, is unacceptable. I paid for my order, but the people working the counter didn't pay attention to the register and tried to accuse me of not paying for my order. I literally saw the employee look at my receipt and rip it off the machine. When they questioned me about my payment, I asked them to look at the payment receipt they just ripped off of the machine that is literally my PROOF OF PURCHASE, and they refused to do so, and continued to speak to me with contempt and assume I was trying to steal a smoothie. Finally, showed them my transaction record from my online banking. It should have never come to that. Their smoothies are good, but not good enough to possibly be subjected...

This is my favorite smoothie place in Austin. I've always loved the Strawberry Banana smoothie here, but they have a ton of great flavors for smoothies and icecream. I was super upset when the store closed for a while due to remodeling in the mall, and was so happy when I realized they had just moved it instead of it being gone completely. I've seen the owner of the shop for years and he is a very friendly guy.
