Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Austin

This is for the Round Rock location in Walmart (Intersection of I35 and 45) They were disorganized and didn't communicate well with each other causing problems with the orders. The guy at the register was not paying attention and miscounted the change due. We had to wait for the next customer to pay because he couldn't open the register again to correct his mistake. The food just wasn't that great and they forgot to add the cheesewhiz to my friend's steak.The cook handed us Icee cups because the guy at the register forgot to give us our drinks and then he was confused when I asked him for lids. It was honestly a bit of chaos but we kept calm and got our food to go. Cost too much money for what we received. I probably won't return. Date of service 03/30/23...

Food is great but horrible customer service!
