Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Austin

Sooooo..we’ve been coming to the mall since I was very young about 12 years now and we have always eaten there because the food IS pretty good. Though these past couple times I have gone the staff have been extremely rude and an older woman rolled her eyes at us because she didn’t want to wait for us to decide what my sister and I wanted (my sister is shy). The boy next to her thought it was funny (when she rolled her eyes and gave us and him a look) and cracked a smile. (He also was rude when talking to us.) This last time if you aren’t specific they don’t ask and give you whatever and if they don’t hear you right they are rude to you when you tell them what you actually were asking for and when you aren’t done completing your order once you order the first thing. Very sad with how the service has gotten and I hate to make reviews. I have been coming here for ages and love the food....

Ordered two pizza slices to which i added parmesean to . As soon as I did ,, i got hit with a horrible smell coming from the parmesean i had sprinkled on. It smelled like wet cheese and foot . I complained and was laughed at by the cashier and MANAGER ,, told thats just how parmesean smells ,,, I even took a bite and gagged at the taste ,,, I usually sprinkle parmesean even when i purchase here and it NEVER smells that way. I had to argue with the MANAGER for a refund when I was entirely okay with two new slices . I was laughed at , told i was crazy and didnt know what i was talking about. When i asked if there was a manager and was told it was him , I was baffled. He reacted in such an unproffesional way. Be ware of cashier/manager still your money. The manager, that happened to be the cashier of the day, charged me 2 time one entry and on top of that added to my order something I didn’t asked for. He insisted me to get a drink which declined and his scam was that he supposedly gave me a discount to compensate for what he had entered in the cashier machine. But later when checking my receipt I realized what he has done , so I went back and asked for clarification and corrections and he was all over the place upset and yelling and saying I am wasting his time, for which I replayed it is my money so I have the right to get this fixed, I asked for the manager and he was the manager.
