I have just left this location and I was left displeased by the attitude of the young lady who most certainly did not attend me. Unfortunately, I did not grab her name. She did not greet me. She just stared at me as I walked in. She was wearing light blue jeans, a white top and has her brown and blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail. I walked in shortly after the store opened and understandably so they are busy with opening duties. I walked in and expressed that I had a question- I ordered online and was wondering if I could return in store. Yes, you can return in store. She didnāt even give me a chance to reply as she abruptly and rudely told me, āyouāre going to have to wait.ā It is so easy to politely tell or ask a customer to wait, especially if you have a register problem. Even though I did not want to approach her I asked her if I could look around in the meantime to which she barely gave me a glance and just muttered, āsureā. I avoided her and asked the other cashier if I could step into a dressing room because there is a sign that says to please ask an associate. Once done I approached the register again as I could see that everything was open..I was just left standing there though clearly I was right in front of her and she knew what I was there for. The other young lady working handled my return. As I finished, there was a young couple next to me and they received no greeting or acknowledgement from the original associate. Not even a hey, my coworker will be right with you, thank you for waiting. Clearly, normal conduct and manners is something this associate is not...

I stopped in this morning to do a return and when I approached the counter I was not acknowledged. The cashier processed my return handed me my receipt and turned away. As I was walking out of the store I noticed there was a sale happening so I asked her how long it would be going on. She asked me if I knew how to read that it was listed on all the signs. I assured her that I did and that I didnāt like the way I was being spoken too. She ignored me! I found a dress I liked and when I approached the counter to check out another worker came in and she started to tell her how she had been hanging up on a customer all morning that was calling in to check on an item. I was disgusted as I walked out with the customer service at the location. I typically shop on line & quite frequently so I was extremely disappointed at the in person customer service at this location. Please resolve this before you guys lose business!
