Stopped in around 4:00 today to buy a couple of things. Mind you - nothing is a necessity at James Avery. The line in the store was pretty long, but we waited patiently. I had written down the item numbers on the paper, in order to be as helpful as possible. By the time it was our turn, I really needed to use the ladies room. Now, bear in mind - I've shopped at this very location for almost 15 years. I've never been denied using the restroom. And it's not like I wasn't about to buy something. But the young woman clearly had an attitude. She brought the wrong items and I did not have the patience to deal with walking through the store to show her what I wanted. Walked out and will not be back any time soon. There are better locations without children with attitudes...

They then said I needed to purchase a new one. I was told tuff luck by the staff. This is the only james avery piece that I own. My wife has spent thousands of dollars on jewelry there. I understand if you mess up but don't ruin a customers item and then tell them its there fault you cant fix it. It was at the tec ridge james Avery ar 623 pm. Store 30 assoicate was Annette.
