DONT GET SCAMMED! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Bought a 2 tone SS & 18k yellow gold Rolex bust down. Was even supplied an appraisal to confirm gold, diamonds & rolex was real, From their appraiser. In less than 2 years it has been sent for service 3 times. The watch has already had the hands & diamond dial come off 2 times in the watch. This last time I took it to a local luxury watch repair shop where I was told the dial does not go to this watch & that is why the hands keep coming off, but also informed me upon inspection that the watch is not 2 tone. It is SS & the SS had been PLATED with 18k yellow gold & the gold was rubbing off. So the bezel & band is NOT real gold but PLATED. So I payed $10k for a gold plated watch?? I was told by Sammy personally ( dead in my face) that it was real 18k gold & SS when I purchased it & that’s why he supplied me an appraisal. So I contacted Sammy & was assured it would be ALL be taken care of. 3 weeks later and the only thing fixed was the dial (gave me a correct basic dial) & hands. Called Sammy again where he offered to take it back (saying he can sell/scam it to someone else) for almost $2k less than what I payed for it & only in trade for a $18k diamond necklace where I would have to pay the $10k difference on price! I have contacted my attorney, we are filing a lawsuit against this company. I have bought over 15 pieces of jewelry from him in last 2 years, now I am sending all of them to be verified if they are real gold & diamonds or plated & Moissanite.. he has already lied once so I can’t trust him! Sammy lied about this watch just to get a sale & also had their appraiser commit appraisal fraud! See...

If I could give negative stars, I would. I received a solid gold rope chain as a push gift after my son was born, 26 years ago. The clasp on it broke, so I saw THIS jeweler in the mall & decided to try them. WORST DECISION EVER!! THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY NECKLACE & GAVE ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CHAIN. I didn't realize initially, but something felt off about it. I had it repaired once before. The chain itself broke when it got hung on something. My mother took it to a reputable place, like I SHOULD HAVE, & they soldered it, so there was a place on the chain that was not loose & flexible. Noticeable by feel that it had been soldered together. The chain that I received back from them, was NOT MY CHAIN. It is a thinner, lightweight (hollow) rope chain. Sammy, you make us genuine, honest Sami's look bad! There was a number of random people behind the counter, so Sammy, you should pay better attention to the company you keep. The sentiments that MY NECKLACE held are irreplaceable. People, avoid this place to get repairs, especially with higher value items, because THEY WILL STEAL IT & GIVE YOU SOMETHING OF MUCH LESS...

Bad service. Was told service could be done that day or next day at the latest. Then called (not the Google listed number, which doesn't work, but the Simon Lakeline mall number). They told us we can get our ring Monday, and that the jeweler doesn't work on the weekend.Feeling uncomfortable, since we were practically shooed out the store and with a new timeline, we went back to the mall. Guy at the counter had his feet up and had zero customer service. We were told my ring was probably at the warehouse, which makes no sense because we were just getting it resized. Got another person to talk to and got our ring back. Every other jeweler in the mall gave us a ticket of our order with pictures of the ring and all had great customer service. Personally, I would not recommend if you're going for jewelry...
