Went in to buy 2 Demon Slayer figures. Lady behind counter sitting down didnt even get up, say good afternoon. Dont even know if she looked up at all. Had a look around and could feel the unease in the shop. If i found what i wanted I would not have brought them due to the very poor store person. If i owned that shop as a business i woulf be very upset due to lose of business which looks common from other reviews. Found what i wanted at Round Rock Outlet Center. Thats mines away from this place and thats where i spent my money and im from Australia here for 2 weeks. Shop owners, check your staff its your profit, your shop lease and plenty of people want jobs....

Very disappointed!! Thought it was gonna be okay especially after the great experience I had the first time. But today 06/15/22 3:45 pm this lady did not want to work! I don't care if you don't great me but if my wife greets you and you can't look up from your phone and even respond I have an issue! Zero greeting, asked if I could get some cards, and her back still turned to me sitting down on her phone asked me which ones, well if you would turn around you would see I'm in front of yugioh! I won't be back very sad! She just doesn't care hopefully a manager sees this! You guys definitely shouldn't be confused why this...

this store encounter was weird, i had to almost shake the counter to get the ladies attention from her phone. She acted like i was bothering her then made a snarky remark about not wanting reviews at all then she said the less reviews they have the better, she refused to help after that so i just left. so...
