Complaint Regarding Service at Nordstrom EBAR on May 25th, 2024

Dear EBAR Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your establishment on May 25th, 2024, at approximately 11:30 am.

Unfortunately, the staff's attitude and the overall service level fell far short of my expectations. The interaction felt unwelcoming, almost as if they did not want me to place an order. This significantly impacted my experience and ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere.

I was hoping to enjoy a meal at your shop, but due to the service received, I felt compelled to go to another coffee shop to have a similar meal.

I value EBAR and would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. I believe improved customer service training would be beneficial to ensure a positive experience for all your patrons.

Its ok. $5.50 for a medium drink that was labeled as "Pomegranate Ice Tea". Tasted like cranberry juice to me. Not great value. Why I only gave 3 stars.

The perspective of Nordstrom 'ebar' explains why prices were higher. Service was good, friendly. This place was small, choices were on 4 menu boards. Like a small Starbuck's with smoothie choices and bagels yet not frappuccino. There's tables, away from food court That's lil...

They let the regular coffee stays for ever on the coffeemaker more than hours, making the coffee tests burning and bitter. 1/2 an hour is the rule.

The specialty coffee like cappuccinos are make like the caffe lattes no difference...so sad . We paid a lot $$$ for coffee this days. Please train youe Baristas.
